    摘要: A light emission apparatus (10) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The light emission apparatus includes a light emission base body (13) and a metal layer (14) with metal microstructure. The metal layer is set on the surface of the light emission base body. The material of light emission base body is transparent ceramic Y3Al5O12:Tb. By setting a metal layer with metal microstructure on the light emission base body, the interface between the metal layer and the light emission base body could form a surface plasmon under the cathode ray (16). The spontaneous emission of the transparent ceramic and the emission efficiency of the light emission base body could be enhanced by the effect of surface plasmon.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a luminescent glass element comprising a luminescent glass substrate, which a metal layer is positioned on a surface thereof. The metal layer is provided with a metal microstructure. The luminescent glass substrate has composite oxides represented as the following formula: aM2O.bY2O3.cSiO2.dPr2O3, wherein M represents alkali metal element, a, b, c and d are, by mol part, 25-60, 1-30, 20-70 and 0.001-10 respectively. The present invention also provides a producing method of the luminescent glass element and a luminescing method thereof. The metal layer is positioned on the luminescent glass substrate, thereby improving luminescence efficiency of the luminescent glass substrate. The luminescent glass element can be used in luminescent devices with ultrahigh brightness or high-speed operation.

    摘要: A preparation method of the fluorescent powder layer (108, 208) is provided. The said preparation method is carried out as following steps: step 1, a fluorescent powder layer (102, 202) is coated on one surface of a flat transparent substrate (101, 201); step 2, the surface of a board (103, 203) is shaped into a curved surface (104, 204); step 3, the board (103, 203) of step 2 is arranged on the substrate (101, 201) coated with the fluorescent powder layer (102, 202) of step 1; the curved surface (104, 204) of the board (103, 203) faces the substrate (101, 201), and the fluorescent powder layer (102, 202) is sandwiched between the substrate (101, 201) and the board (103, 203); step 4, the substrate (101, 201) is softened by heating, a pressure is then applied to the board (103, 203) so that the fluorescent powder layer (102, 202) sandwiched between the substrate (101, 201) and the board (103, 203) forms the fluorescent powder layer (108, 208) having the same curved shape as the curved surface (104, 204) of the board (103, 203) by the pressure, and the fluorescent powder layer (108, 208) on the substrate (101, 201) is completed after cooling.
