Silicate luminescent material and preparation method thereof are provided. The structural formula of the silicate luminescent material is Zn2-y(Si1-xMx)O4:Mny, wherein M is metal element and its oxide is conductive, x is in a range of 0.001 to 0.15, and y is in a range of 0.001 to 0.05. For integrated with conductive metal oxide component, the silicate luminescent material could take advantage of its conductive properties, and the silicate luminescent material could improve the luminescence properties under cathode ray significantly comparing with that of the luminescent material has not been integrated with conductive component. Accordingly, the luminescence efficiency of the above silicate luminescent material is increased.

Zinc manganese silicate containing metal particles luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof are provided. The said luminescent materials are represented by the general formula: Zn2-xSiO4: Mnx, My, wherein M is metal, 0.001≦x≦0.1, 0.00001≦y≦0.01. The said methods include the following steps: step 1, preparing silica aerogel containing metal particles; step 2, weighing source compound of zinc, source compound of manganese and the silica aerogel in step 1 at stoichiometric ratio and mixing them to form mixture; step 3, sintering the mixture in step 2, then cooling and grinding to form the said luminescent materials with higher luminescent intensity. The said methods have simple steps, easy operation, low sintering temperature and low cost.

A luminescent element comprises: a luminescent substrate; and a metal layer with a metal microstructure formed on a surface of the luminescent substrate; the luminescent substrate comprises luminescent materials with a chemical composition of Y3AlxGa5-xO12:Tb, and 0≦x≦5. A preparation method of a luminescent element and a luminescence method are also provided. The luminescent element has good luminescence homogeneity, high luminescence efficiency, good luminescence stability and simple structure, and can be used in luminescent device with ultrahigh brightness.

A luminescent element is disclosed including: a luminescent substrate; and a metal layer with a metal microstructure formed on a surface of the luminescent substrate; wherein the luminescent substrate comprises a luminescent material with a chemical composition of Y2SiO5:Tb. A preparation method of a luminescent element and a luminescence method are also provided. The luminescent element has good luminescence homogeneity, high luminescence efficiency, good luminescence stability and simple structure, and can be used in luminescent devices with ultrahigh brightness.
