    摘要: There is provided a method for starting a spark ignition engine having multiple cylinders. The method may comprise supplying air and fuel for restart into a first cylinder before said engine completely stops, and igniting the mixture of said air and said fuel in said first cylinder in response to an engine restart request, wherein said first cylinder is on an expansion stroke when said engine stops. The method may also include, after said piston in said first cylinder starts moving, injecting fuel into a second cylinder that is on a compression stroke when said engine stops, on a compression stroke where a piston of said second cylinder is moving in a direction opposite to an operative direction of said piston in said first cylinder.

    摘要: A vehicle front structure including a pair of front side members extending in a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, each including a first front end portion with a first leading end, and a pair of subframes extending along the front side members on a lower side thereof, each including a second front end portion with a second leading end. The first and second front end portions are connected with each other via a connecting portion therebetween. An abutment member in the form of a tie-down hook or a first cross member is connected with the subframes via the connecting portion. The abutment member includes a front end forward offset from the first and second leading ends of the front side members and the subframes and a portion placed at substantially same height as the second front end portion.

    摘要: An antenna apparatus is constituted by first, second, third, and fourth wire antenna elements and a connection element. The sum of the lengths of the first, second, and fourth wire antenna elements is ¼ the wavelength corresponding to a series-resonance frequency of the first, second, and fourth wire antenna elements. The sum of the lengths of the second, third, and fourth wire antenna elements is ½ the wavelength corresponding to a parallel-resonance frequency of the second, third, and fourth wire antenna elements. The sum of the lengths of the first and third wire antenna elements is ¼ the wavelength corresponding to a series-resonance frequency of the first and third wire antenna elements. The parallel-resonance frequency is higher than the series-resonance frequency of the first, second, and fourth wire antenna elements and lower than the series-resonance frequency of the first and third wire antenna elements.
