    摘要: The invention relates to a plant and to a method for the production of cement clinker from cement raw meal, the cement raw meal being preheated in a preheating zone, precalcined in a calcining zone, completely burned in a sintering combustion zone and cooled in a cooling zone, solid fuels additionally being burned in an additional combustion region, a firing region being used in the additional combustion region, the solid fuel being introduced into the firing region where it forms a fuel bed over which a supplied oxygen-containing gas flows, the resulting combustion products being removed via a discharge opening and being used in the production of cement clinker. The fuel is supplied via a conveyor device arranged outside the firing region, in such a manner that it moves the fuel bed that is present in the direction towards the discharge opening.

The pin or socket terminals provided for the bidirectional signal transmission in the site-sharing adapter are connected to a terminal pin or a terminal socket, provided for the bidirectional signal transmission, of the coupling terminal so as to form a bidirectional signal transmission path. The bidirectional transmission path is configured in such a way that the differentiated communications signals at the at least two primary terminals are converted into frequency-modulated signals.

    摘要: The system according to the invention for producing cement clinkers from raw cement mix is composed substantially of a pre-warmer for pre-warming the raw cement mix, a calcination device for pre-calcining the pre-warmed raw cement mix, a sintering kiln for firing the pre-calcined raw cement mix to form cement clinkers, and a cooler for cooling the fired cement clinker. Additionally provided between the cooler and the calcination device is a tertiary air line via which tertiary air is supplied to the calcination device. The calcination device is additionally traversed by the waste gases of the sintering kiln and has a calcining nozzle in its inlet region. Also provided are means for setting the cross section of the calcining nozzle, which means are formed by at least one element which is arranged in a rotatable or pivotable fashion in order to set the cross section and which is exposed to the waste gases of the sintering kiln.

    摘要: An actuator with a top plate comprises at least one duct opening for a respective electric contact pin. A contact stud carrier with a contact stud is placed over the contact pin. To prevent the possible ingress of plastic into the duct opening between a gap (s) between the contact stud carrier and the top plate during extrusion coating of the actuator or its top plate, according to the invention it is proposed that a sealing washer be located onto the open side of the duct opening of the top plate to provide a hermetic seal. As a result, the contact stud carrier can advantageously always be arranged independently of the thickness of the sealing washer such that a specified actuator length (L) can be precisely maintained. This simplifies the production process for the actuator and reduces its production costs.
