The method comprises establishing a threshold urea deposit accumulation for regeneration of the SCR catalyst; determining that the threshold urea deposit accumulation in the SCR catalyst has been met; and in response to the determination, regenerating the SCR catalyst by maintaining the SCR catalyst at a predetermined regeneration temperature for a predetermined time interval.

One of the method for detecting the vanishing points from an image according to the present invention comprising a dividing step for dividing the image into small patches; a first detecting step for detecting each patch's local orientations; a composing step for composing lines of pencils based on the local orientations detected in the first detecting step; and a first computing step for computing at least one vanishing point based on the lines of pencils composed in said composing step. On the basis of the vanishing points found by the present invention, the perspective rectification on a document image can be executed accurately and fastly.

For automatically locating a plurality of QR codes in image of any size, the invention provides an apparatus for locating at least one QR code in an image, comprising: characteristic ratio detection means for detecting the potential QR code location symbol areas by carrying out a plurality of detections for detecting the characteristic ratio of the QR code; critical edge detection means for detecting the critical edges of the potential QR code location symbol areas so that the false areas are excluded; location symbol grouping means for matching the detected QR code location symbol areas into potential QR codes; and verification means for excluding the false QR codes. The invention also provides a corresponding method for locating at least one QR code.

The system includes a lean NOx trap for reducing NOx and a transition metal-exchanged zeolite booster catalyst positioned downstream from the lean NOx trap for further reducing NOx. The lean NOx trap includes a NOx adsorbent material and one or more platinum group metals, and has a platinum group metal loading of less than about 90 g/ft3. The aftertreatment system provides high NOx conversion over a broad temperature range without the use of ammonia as a major reductant.
