    摘要: The invention discloses a sheet-like structure material and its manufacturing method. The sheet-like structure material has the advantages that impact imposed on its edge ends can be adsorbed to protect its adherends, and that the labor required for installing it and edge ends treatment can be significantly saved. The structure material comprises an outer peripheral structure which has elasticity and is integrally formed at the outer periphery of a sheet-like composite body comprising two glass sheets and an intermediate resin layer disposed between the glass sheets. The outer peripheral structure is formed from a resinous material used for forming the intermediate resin layer, by allowing the material to ooze from between the glass sheets.

    摘要: A composite sheet material, in which at least either one of opposed surfaces is composed of a glass layer for the purpose of surface protection from scratching, can be easily produced without causing bonding defects and stress-strain. A method of such a material is also disclosed. This material comprises (a) a glass layer made of sheet glass and constituting one of the opposed surfaces of the composite sheet material; and (b) a resin layer constituting the other surface of the material and molded by applying a uniform pressure to an entire molten resinous material introduced onto the glass layer so as to be elongated, spreading over the glass layer, these glass layer and said resin layer being laminated.

    摘要: The present invention provides an interior material of an operator's cab of a work machine, the interior material comprising at least a structure member and a noise absorption layer, wherein the structure member has at least one rib which is formed on an inside surface of a base portion thereof and comes into intimate contact with an inside surface of an exterior material and a hermetically sealed hollow portion is formed by the rib in intimate contact with the exterior material, and the noise absorption layer is disposed on an outside surface of the structure member. With the interior material, a work environment in the operator's cab of the work machine can be enhanced by effectively suppressing the noise entering from an outside of the operator's cab.
