摘要: Provided is a method for cleaning an arbitrary fluid channel in a fluid flow device including a channel-forming body forming a plurality of fluid channels, a first header, and a second header. The method includes opening a cleaning-target channel included in the plurality of fluid channels and closing a non-cleaning-target channel which is the other fluid channel; and supplying a cleaning liquid to a cleaning-liquid supply header selected from the first header and the second header in a state where the non-cleaning-target channel is closed to cause the cleaning liquid to flow only through the cleaning-target channel.

摘要: A fluid flow channel device includes a main body and a non-ceramic sub-body. The main body has a plurality of internal flow channels, and inlets and outlets thereof are arranged so as to be exposed on an outer side surface. The sub-body has a fluid supply path and a fluid recovery path. A supply port of the fluid supply path is arranged to face the inlets of the plurality of internal flow channels. A recovery port of the fluid recovery path is arranged to face the outlets of the plurality of internal flow channels. By disposing the supply port and the recovery port for transferring the fluid to and from the plurality of internal flow channels in the sub-body, it is possible to prevent a large thermal stress from being applied to the main body.

摘要: Provided is a fluid flow-passage device in which the flow passage length of each of a plurality of fluid flow-passages can be increased even if the plurality of fluid flow-passages are formed so as to extend in parallel to each other, and in which the inside of each of the plurality of fluid flow-passages can be easily cleaned. In the fluid flow-passage device, a plurality of fluid flow-passages which extend in parallel to each other and through which a fluid is made to flow are disposed. The fluid flow-passage device comprises: a body having a plurality of substrates that are laminated in a prescribed lamination direction; and a plurality of lids, each of which can be attached to and detached from the body. Each of the plurality of fluid flow-passages includes: a first fluid flow-passage that is disposed between two substrates among the plurality of substrates, the two substrates being in contact with each other in the lamination direction; and a second fluid flow-passage that is disposed between two substrates among the plurality of substrates, the two substrates being in contact with each other in the lamination direction and being disposed at a different position in the lamination direction from the first fluid flow-passage, and that is positioned more toward the downstream side than the first fluid flow-passage in the direction in which the fluid flows.

摘要: A flow path device has at least one channel. The channel has a main channel which allows flow of a continuous phase liquid, and an auxiliary channel which is connected to a predetermined portion of the main channel. The flow path device has an inner wall surface which encloses the main channel. The main channel has a connecting port formed in the inner wall surface and communicated with the auxiliary channel, and the inner wall surface has an enlarged surface provided at a position on a downstream side of the connecting port, and the enlarged surface spreads to outside of the main channel so as to promote removal of the dispersed phase liquid from the inner wall surface, the dispersed phase liquid being adhered to the inner wall surface in consequence of flowing from the auxiliary channel into the main channel through the connecting port.

摘要: A liquid-liquid contact device includes: an internal casing surrounding an inner chamber for providing countercurrent contact between a light liquid and a heavy liquid; an external casing surrounding the internal casing so as to form an outer chamber around the internal casing; a light liquid introduction tube guiding the light liquid to the inner chamber; and a heavy liquid introduction tube guiding the heavy liquid to the inner chamber. The internal casing has an upper opening and a lower opening which opens at a location below the upper opening. The external casing has a heavy liquid discharge outlet through which the heavy liquid is allowed to be discharged from the outer chamber, and a light liquid discharge outlet which is disposed above the heavy liquid discharge outlet and through which the light liquid is allowed to be discharged from the outer chamber.
