Abstract: A working machine includes a traveling pump to be operated by power of a prime mover and deliver a hydraulic fluid; a traveling motor that rotates using the delivered hydraulic fluid; an operation valve that changes pilot pressure of a pilot fluid outputted to the traveling pump in response to operation of an operation member; an actuation valve that operates based on a control signal and changes primary pressure that is the pilot pressure of the pilot fluid supplied to the operation valve; a controller that controls opening of the actuation valve by outputting the control signal to the actuation valve; and a first detector that detects an actual number of revolutions of the traveling motor. The controller includes a changer that changes setting of the control signal such that the opening of the actuation valve increases as the actual number of revolutions of the traveling motor decreases.

Abstract: A hydraulic system of a working machine includes a hydraulic pump to output a hydraulic fluid, at least one proportional valve to deliver the hydraulic fluid to a supply target, a valve body including the proportional valve, a heat-up fluid passage in the valve body and into which the hydraulic fluid flows, a switching valve switchable between an open position in which the hydraulic fluid passing through the heat-up fluid passage is supplied to a hydraulic device and a closed position in which the hydraulic fluid is not supplied thereto and the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic device is to be returned, a controller to operate the switching and proportional valves, and a return circuit through which the hydraulic fluid flowing into the heat-up fluid passage is returned as a result of at least one of the switching and proportional valves being operated by the controller.

Abstract: A working machine includes a switching valve to switch between a first state and a second state, the first state allowing a revolving speed of a traveling motor to be a first speed, the second state allowing the revolving speed of the traveling motor to be a second speed, and a controller device to reduce the revolving speed of the prime mover in either acceleration to switch from the first state to the second state or deceleration to switch from the second state to the first state. The controller device associates a return timing with a switch timing in either the acceleration or deceleration, the return timing allowing an actual revolving speed of a prime mover to start returning toward a first target revolving speed after the actual revolving speed is reduced, the switch timing allowing the switching valve to switch to either an acceleration side or a deceleration side.

Abstract: A hydraulic system includes a control device to reduce a first movement speed to be lower than a second movement speed, the first movement speed being a speed at which a spool of a first control valve moves from a first supply position to a first stop position under a state where a second control valve is in the second supply position, the second movement speed being a speed at which the spool moves from the first supply position to the first stop position under a state where the second control valve is in the second stop position. The first supply position allows operation fluid to be supplied to a hydraulic actuator. The first stop position prevents the operation fluid from being supplied to the hydraulic actuator. The second stop position prevents the operation fluid from being supplied to a first fluid tube coupling a hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator.
