摘要: An air spring includes an outer cylindrical member, an inner cylindrical member, a diaphragm, the diaphragm providing an internal space between the outer cylindrical member and the inner cylindrical member, a stopper assembly arranged in the internal space as being pivotable over the inner cylindrical member, a handle for pivoting the stopper assembly over the inner cylindrical member, a guide member attached to the handle as rising from the handle, a positioning member attached by insertion in a guide hole in the guide member for positioning of the handle, a positioning hole provided in the inner cylindrical member which can receive the positioning member, and a holding mechanism in the inner cylindrical member. A position of the stopper assembly with respect to the inner cylindrical member is determined by inserting the positioning member in the positioning hole.

摘要: A temperature sensor unit-equipped axle box device of a railcar bogie includes: an axle box accommodating a bearing supporting an axle; a temperature sensor unit attached to the axle box and configured to detect a temperature of an outer ring of the bearing; and an elastic body configured to bias the temperature sensor unit in such a direction that the temperature sensor unit is pressed against the outer ring. The elastic body is elastically deformable so as to follow displacement of the temperature sensor unit around a rotation axis of the bearing.

摘要: A railcar bogie includes: a bogie frame including a cross beam and plate springs and being rotatable relative to a bolster in a yawing direction, the cross beam extending in a car width direction, the plate springs supporting both respective car width direction end portions of the cross beam and extending in a car longitudinal direction; and stoppers provided at the bogie frame and configured to contact interference members to restrict a rotation range of the bogie frame when the bogie frame rotates relative to the bolster in the yawing direction, the interference members being connected to the bolster. When the bogie frame is located at a neutral position relative to the bolster in the yawing direction, the stoppers are arranged at car width direction lateral sides of the cross beam so as to overlap the cross beam in a side view.

A tooth root crowning radius of each external gear is smaller than a tooth tip crowning radius of the external gear.
