Abstract: The present disclosure provides a self-generating heat process for in-situ converting medium-low mature and organic-rich shale, and relates to the field of in-situ mining of medium-low mature shale rich in organic matter, the self-generating heat process mainly comprises the following steps: locally preheating the vincinity of an injection well of medium-low mature and organic-rich shale formation with well-reformed reservoir and injecting ambient temperature air into the preheated formation to excite and establish a chemical reaction zone composed of a residue zone, an autogenous heat zone, a thermal cracking zone and a preheating zone. Heat is released by oxidation reaction of residues generated after kerogen thermal cracking, so as to realize convection heating of medium-low mature and organic-rich shale formation. Oil and gas products generated from kerogen thermal cracking enter production wells through fractures and are lifted to the ground surface. Because the in-situ oil shale conversion technology only needs local preheating the vincinity of the injection well and only a small amount of external heat or combustibles injection, the related cost is low.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a downhole drilling tool system of torque self-balancing and belongs to a technical field of drilling engineering equipment. The drilling tool system consists of an assembly of internal and external drill bits, power components, a pressure adjustment system for internal and external drill bits, a mud circulating system, and an unfreezing system. The present invention employs a dual drill bit of internal and external drill bits to crush rocks by inverse rotations, which realizes the drilling with slight disturbing to the surrounding rock; the torque self-balancing of the drill bit and the power system is realized as a whole without the torque effect to the upper drilling tool by utilizing the stator group and the rotor group of the power motor to drive the external and internal drill bits respectively; it is only necessary to trip the winch apparatus for the drilling tool on the ground to realize the normal operations of drilling, tripping, and logging-while-drilling by integrating the power source, mud circulating system and logging system, etc. into the drilling tool; the winch hoists up the drilling tool to remove rock particles at the sticking point by alternative positive and reverse rotations of the drill bit for unfreezing in order to realize the unfreezing when got stuck.

Abstract: A method for heating oil shale underground in situ. Shale oil and fuel gas can be obtained from an underground oil shale seam in situ, and the fuel gas can also be obtained from an underground coal seam in situ. Wells are drilled downwardly reaching an operation region of an underground oil shale ore bed. Electricity for partial discharge of the ore bed is conducted into electrodes, and a plasma channel is formed in the ore bed and subjected to breakdown by the electricity; after the resistance of each of two electrode regions is lowered, the two electrodes are used for conducting currents into the plasma channel in the oil shale ore bed; the oil shale ore bed is heated under the resistance heating function of the plasma channel; and released heat is used for realizing thermal cracking and gasification of fixed organic carbon in the oil shale ore bed.

The insulating layer is located at an outer side of the inner conductive core and provides insulation between the inner and outer conductors; the outer conductive wire layer is located at an outer side of the insulating layer; the tensile layer is located at an outer side of the outer conductive wire layer; and the outer protective layer is located at an outer side of the tensile layer. The high tensile strength can ensure the safety of hoisting operations, and the small diameter, small bend radius, and high flexibility can ensure the minimization design and the large rope capacity of a winch.

Abstract: The present application discloses a gas logging system, including a degasser configured to degas a sample to separate a gas to be tested; and a detector connected to the degasser and configured to receive the gas to be tested separated by the degasser and perform detection, where the degasser comprises a degassing cover, the degassing cover includes a spherical crown disk surface and a plurality of semipermeable membrane degassing units on the spherical crown disk surface, wherein the plurality of semipermeable membrane degassing units are arranged on the spherical crown disk surface according to the Fibonacci Spiral Rule. The gas logging system provided by the present application may improve the distribution uniformity of a drilling fluid on the degassing cover while increasing arrangement number, and reduce the impact on semipermeable membrane degassing units.
