    摘要: A dual pump hydraulic control system with a predetermined flow crossover provision is disclosed including a first hydraulic control circuit having a first source of fluid pressure, a first motor, a first distributor valve in communication with the first source and moveable into an actuating condition for directing fluid to the first motor, a second motor, a second distributor valve in interrupted series communication with the first distributor valve and moveable into an actuating condition for directing fluid to the second motor; a second hydraulic control circuit having a second source of fluid pressure, a third motor, a third distributor valve in communication with the second source for directing fluid to the third motor; and a crossover valve and resolver network responsive to the actuating condition of the first distributor valve and to the actuating condition of the second distributor valve for communicating fluid from the second source to the second motor to supplement fluid from the first source to the second motor while preventing full fluid flow from both the first and second sources thereto. Such hydraulic system is particularly adapted to simultaneous swing and stick-in movement of a hydraulic excavator.

    摘要: A control system for selectively moving load engaging forks along a carriage frame in first and second modes of operation is provided. In the first mode of operation the first and second forks are movable in unison and at the same rate of speed along the carriage frame and in the second mode of operation the forks are individually selectively movable. The control system includes a main control valve and first, second, and third selector valves for directing fluid flow delivered by the main control valve to first and second fluid operated jacks connected to the first and second forks, respectively, and the carriage frame. The third selector valve directs fluid flow between head ends of the jacks in the first mode of operation so that the first and second forks move in unison on the carriage frame. The control system is particularly suited for use on a material handling vehicle having a lift mast assembly.

    摘要: A hydraulically actuated detent mechanism for positioning an elongated spool in the bore of a control valve has circumferentially spaced apart, radial bores opening at their inner ends to the valve bore and having their outer ends in communication with a source of fluid pressure, a detent plunger arranged in each of the radial bores and tending to be urged into balanced detent engagement with axially spaced apart depressions in the spool by fluid pressure in the outer ends of the radial bores. Preferably, the detent mechanism also includes kickout means which are operable for releasing the spool from detent engagement through the introduction of fluid pressure into the inner ends of the radial bores.

    摘要: Fluid control systems frequently eliminate use of fluid operated jack protecting relief valves because additional visibility blocking and damage prone conduits are required to connect the relief valves to the reservoir. A fluid operated system having a controlling valve, a selecting valve, a fluid operated jack, a relief valve, a reservoir and a bypass valve is provided to controllably connect the relief valve to other portions of the system in response to the position of controlling valve and selecting valve. Therefore, no additional conduits are required to connect the relief valve to the reservoir and thus the problems of reduced visibility, premature conduit leakage and conduit damage are eliminated. The fluid control system is particularly suited for use in a work vehicle such as a lift truck having a lift mast.

    摘要: A synchronized vehicle fluid drive system includes a vehicle, a pair of hydraulic motors operative to drive the opposite sides of the vehicle, a dual source of fluid pressure, a pair of open loop circuits individually communicating with the sources of fluid pressure and individually having a distributor valve for selectively communicating its respective fluid pressure source with one of said motors for operation thereof, and an equalizing line disposed in fluid communication intermediate the open loop circuits for assuring that the input flow to each of the motors is substantially the same when straight line travel of the vehicle is desired. Advantageously, a blocking valve may be disposed in the equalizing line for deactivating it upon receiving a steering signal.
