Abstract: The touch sensor includes a touch detection area with at least a part of a curved area having a curved edge. In the touch detection area, a plurality of first electrodes and second electrodes disposed side by side in a first direction and in a second direction are disposed. A plurality of first electrodes disposed side by side in the first direction are connected to each other. A plurality of second electrodes disposed side by side in the second direction are connected to each other. In the curved area, distances between the plurality of first electrodes and the second electrodes in the first direction gradually change in the second direction.

Abstract: A stacked body including an organic film stacked on and in contact with an inorganic substrate, a wiring pattern, a first resin layer, a light-emitting element layer, and a second resin layer is prepared. The inorganic substrate is detached from the organic film. The stacked body from which the inorganic substrate is detached, an anisotropic conductive layer containing conductive particles having a diameter larger than the thickness of the organic film, and a wiring terminal of a flexible wiring board are disposed on top one another. The stacked body, the anisotropic conductive layer, and the flexible wiring board disposed are thermocompression bonded to cause the conductive particles to enter the organic film, and the wiring pattern and the wiring terminal are electrically connected by means of the conductive particles.

Abstract: An organic electroluminescence display device includes a substrate; a thin film transistor that is formed on the substrate; a light emitting region that has a lower electrode, a light emitting layer, and an upper electrode formed for each of a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix shape on the thin film transistor; and a contact hole that is formed on the outside of the light emitting region in one corner portion of the pixel and connects the thin film transistor and the lower electrode for each pixel in a plan view. Only one pair of pixels of four pixels that share an intersection point of boundaries of the pixels arranged in the matrix shape, which are arranged in a diagonal manner have the contact holes at the corner portions having the intersection point.

Abstract: A sealing member containing conductive particles and disposed in a seal region is formed between a display panel and a touch panel. A laminated structure formed on the display panel includes a first detection lines. The first detection lines extend from the seal region to a connection region and are connected through the conductive particles to terminals of second detection lines formed on the touch panel. A peripheral edge of the organic barrier is located inward from the conductive particles of the sealing member. The above described structure can facilitate a work for connecting external lines such as FPC to the display panel and the touch panel. Further, the structure can secure stability of electrical connection between the external lines and the touch panel.
