    摘要： A spiral wound type composite container of the type that is typically used for packaging refrigerated pressurized dough products includes, as is typical in such containers, an inner liner, a body wall that is wound about the inner layer so as to define a butt joint, and a label member that is wound about the body wall so as to bind the body wall against expansion as a result of forces that are created by the pressurized contents of the container. As is also typical in such containers, the label member has a tab defined at one portion thereof and a predetermined lead path forming the tab so that a consumer can grasp the tab and tear the label member along the lead path, thereby removing enough of the label member from the body wall so that forces of pressurization will cause the body wall to separate and open. According to one novel aspect of the invention, the lead path is defined on a portion of the label member by at least two discrete cuts, with adjacent cuts being separated by a bridge area, so that the portion of the label member in which the lead path is defined will be strong enough to avoid flagging and premature opening during manufacture and handling, yet will be of an adequate length to reduce the potential of premature mis-directional tearing of the label during opening by a consumer.

    摘要： An inflatable cooler is provided having a rigid base, an upper frame, and an inflatable body having at least one fluid chamber connected to the base and to the upper frame. The inflatable body and the at least fluid chamber is comprised of a flexible material. The cooler has an inflated state in which the at least one fluid chamber is filled with a fluid such as air, thereby increasing the height of the cooler and forming a semi-rigid body structure useful for transporting food and beverages. The cooler has a deflated state in which the at least one fluid chamber is not filled, thereby providing a compact structure conducive for efficient storage and relatively inexpensive shipping.

    摘要： A T-bar partition support clip for securing a rectangular channel shaped partition track to a T-bar ceiling support includes first and second spaced, parallel, vertical leg portions formed from a deformable sheet metal material. Upper ends of the first and second vertical leg portions are perpendicularly connected to coplanar first and second horizontal leg portions. The first and second horizontal leg portions are connected by a vertically extending clip portion possessing vertical sidewalls connected by a top web. A pair of juxtaposed inwardly extending protuberances are formed by punch indentations in central regions of the vertical sidewalls. The vertical sidewalls converge inwardly and downwardly from a maximum lateral separation adjacent the web to a minimum lateral separation adjacent junctions of the vertical sidewalls with the first and second horizontal leg portions. In use the clip portion is inserted over a top ridge of a T-bar ceiling support with the protuberances in engagement with a reduced neck portion of the T-bar ceiling support. Free ends of the vertical leg portions are manually deformed around sidewalls of the partition track to secure the track to the T-bar support. The support clip allows the operation to be rapidly and inexpensively performed without tools and without marring the surface finish of the T-bar ceiling support.

    摘要： A wrinkle removal system. The wrinkle removal system includes a first jaw connected to a second jaw via a hinge having a spring, wherein the spring biases the first jaw against the second jaw in a closed position. A weighted member is removably secured to each jaw. The weighted members may be interchanged with heavier or lighter weighted members depending on the fabric or the type of garment to which the wrinkle removal system is secured. The wrinkle removal system is securable to a portion of a garment such as a shirt sleeve in order to return a garment that has been shrunk in a dryer to its original form and shape. It may also be used to prevent wrinkles from forming when the garment is hung in a closet or other storage area.
