摘要: A method for manufacturing at least one kind of eukaryotic cells or a biosynthetic substance derived from the eukaryotic cells by proliferating the cells, which includes preparing an artificially synthesized peptide for promoting proliferation of the at least one kind of eukaryotic cells, incubating the eukaryotic cells in a culture medium, and adding the synthesized peptide at least once to the culture medium during the incubation process. The synthesized peptide includes an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 18, and an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS: 19 to 97.

Provided is a cartilage regenerative material including a porous body of a biocompatible polymer and a biocompatible polymer film, in which the porous body contains chondrocytes and cartilage matrix, and the cartilage matrix exists in a region of 10% or more of a region extending from the surface of the transplant face of the porous body to a depth of 150 μm along the thickness.
