摘要: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may modulate, based on a number of uplink control bits, a first sequence or the first sequence and a second sequence. The WTRU may spread the first sequence and the second sequence with a complementary sequence pair, concatenate parts of the first sequence and the second sequence in interlaced resource blocks (RBs), and perform an inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT) on the interlaced parts. The WTRU may transmit on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) a signal outputted by the IDFT.

摘要: A method for a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit (WTRU). The method including receiving from a network configuration information indicating multiple frequency layers for positioning reference signals; and at least one activated frequency layer from among the multiple frequency layers. The frequency layers may be associated with one or more carriers for data transmission, wherein the carrier is co-located with its associated frequency layer for positioning; and bandwidth parts (BWPs) within carriers for data transmission. The WTRU may receive from the network activation/deactivation information indicating activation/deactivation of any of a secondary cell (SCell) and a BWP. The WTRU may transmit information indicating, for example, a set of frequency layers used for positioning, wherein the set of frequency layers is enabled according to any of an accuracy requirement, a latency, a measured RSRP of one frequency layer, and a measured CSI-RS corresponding to BWPs being a threshold.

摘要: A WTRU may be configured to receive, in a first search space (SS) group (SSG), a first downlink transmission. The first downlink transmission may comprise first configuration information associated with power saving and downlink transmission monitoring. The WTRU may be configured to monitor for a second downlink transmission based on the first configuration information. On a condition that the first configuration information indicates a first value, the WTRU may be configured to monitor in the first SSG. On a condition that the first configuration information indicates a second value, the WTRU may be configured to monitor in a second SSG. On a condition that the first configuration information indicates a third value, the WTRU may be configured to skip downlink transmission monitoring in the first SSG for a first interval and monitor in the first SSG. The WTRU may receive the second downlink transmission based on the first configuration information.

摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for phase noise reference signal (PNRS) transmission, comprising receiving, at a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU), scheduling information for a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission, wherein the scheduling information includes an indication of a set of physical resource blocks (PRBs) and a modulation coding scheme (MCS) level, determining a density for the PNRS transmission based on at least one of: the MCS level, a frequency band for the PUSCH transmission, or a subcarrier spacing of the PUSCH transmission, and transmitting the PUSCH in the scheduled set of PRBs using the determined density of PNRS.

摘要: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) receives first timing advances and first power control commands from a first eNodeB and second timing advances and second power control commands from a second eNodeB and transmits, to the first eNodeB, a first physical uplink control channel using a first uplink component carrier. The first physical uplink control channel has a first timing adjusted by the first timing advances but not by the second timing advances and a first power level adjusted by the first power control commands but not by the second power control commands. The WTRU transmits a second physical uplink control channel using a second uplink component carrier. The second physical uplink control channel has a second timing adjusted by the second timing advances but not by the first timing advances and a second power level adjusted by the second power control commands but not by the first power control commands.

摘要: A method and apparatus for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) for Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) using carrier aggregation is disclosed. Methods for UCI transmission in the uplink control channel, uplink shared channel or uplink data channel are disclosed. The methods include transmitting channel quality indicators (CQI), precoding matrix indicators (PMI), rank indicators (RI), hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK), channel status reports (CQI/PMI/RI), source routing (SR) and sounding reference signals (SRS). In addition, methods for providing flexible configuration in signaling UCI, efficient resource utilization, and support for high volume UCI overhead in LTE-A are disclosed.

摘要: A method for reporting power headroom is disclosed. Power headroom may be reported across all carriers (wideband), for a specific carrier, or for a carrier group. The formula used to calculate the power headroom depends on whether the carrier (or a carrier in the carrier group) has a valid uplink grant. If the carrier or carrier group does not have a valid uplink grant, the power headroom may be calculated based on a reference grant. The power headroom is calculated by a wireless transmit/receive unit and is reported to an eNodeB.
