Abstract: A WTRU may receive a plurality of monitoring configurations. The plurality of monitoring configurations may be associated with a plurality of sub-bands. The WTRU may apply a monitoring configuration based on the location of a slot inside or outside of a COT. For example, the WTRU may apply (e.g., use) a first monitoring configuration outside a COT. The WTRU may apply a second monitoring configuration in a first slot of a COT. The WTRU may apply a third monitoring configuration to the slots of a COT subsequent to the first slot of the COT. The WTRU may switch back to the first monitoring configuration on a condition that the COT ends.

Abstract: Methods and systems for transmitting uplink control information and feedback are disclosed for carrier aggregation systems. A user equipment device may be configured to transmit uplink control information and other feedback for several downlink component carriers using one or more uplink component carriers. The user equipment device may be configured to transmit such data using a physical uplink control channel rather than a physical uplink shared channel. The user equipment device may be configured to determine the uplink control information and feedback data that is to be transmitted, the physical uplink control channel resources to be used to transmit the uplink control information and feedback data, and how the uplink control information and feedback data may be transmitted over the physical uplink control channel.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for addressing timing advance (TA) in non-terrestrial network communication is disclosed herein. A wireless transmit and receive unit (WTRU) may receive system information from a base station attached to an airborne or spaceborne vehicle that indicates a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource. The WTRU may determine a timing offset based on a plurality of information, such as the location information and the system information. The WTRU may transmit a preamble using the timing offset via the PRACH resource. The base station may receive the preamble and send a random access response (RAR) that includes, for example, a TA command. The WTRU may receive the RAR including the TA command and combine the timing offset with the TA command to determine an actual TA, after which the WTRU may use the actual TA for uplink transmissions.

Abstract: Methods for receiving and transmitting downlink transmissions with increased reliability are provided. A method includes receiving configuration information defining first and second search space sets. The first search space set includes a first one or more search spaces each including a plurality of physical downlink control (PDCCH) candidates. The second search space set includes a second one or more search spaces each including a plurality of PDCCH candidates. The configuration information indicates that the first and second one or more search spaces are linked. The method further includes receiving downlink control information (DCI) by detecting, based on the received configuration information, a first transmission using PDCCH candidates of the first one or more search spaces, detecting a second transmission using PDCCH candidates of the second one or more search spaces, and decoding at least one of the first transmission or the second transmission.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed that may be associated with HARQ-ACK codebook adaptations. A WTRU) may be configured with multiple physical uplink channels, e.g., physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs), in a slot. Each physical uplink channel may have a respective HARQ-ACK codebook. In examples, the WTRU may determine that a first physical uplink channel and a second physical uplink channel overlap in a slot. In such a case, the WTRU may determine that a first HARQ-ACK codebook associated with the first physical uplink channel has a higher priority than a second HARQ-ACK codebook associated with the second physical uplink channel. The WTRU may transmit the first HARQ-ACK codebook on the first physical uplink channel in the slot. The WTRU may send part of the second HARQ-ACK codebook in the slot and part of the second HARQ-ACK codebook in a subsequent slot (e.g., a next slot, a future slot, etc.).

Abstract: Systems, methods and instrumentalities are disclosed for decoding data. For example, it may be determined, in a current slot, whether data received in a previous slot is decoded successfully. The data received in the previous slot may be included in a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH). If the data received in the previous slot is not decoded successfully, preemptive multiplexing information may be detected in a first search space. The preemptive multiplexing information may be comprised in a first DCI. A second search space of the current slot may be searched. For example, the second search space may be searched for a second DCI. The first DCI and the second DCI may be different.

Abstract: A method implemented by a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit (WTRU) includes receiving a DeModulation Interference Measurement (DM-IM) resource, determining an interference measurement based on the DM-IM resource, and demodulating a received signal based on the interference measurement. An interference is suppressed based on the interference measurement. At least one DM-IM resource is located in a Physical Resource Block (PRB). The DM-IM resource is located in a PRB allocated for the WTRU. The DM-IM resource is a plurality of DM-IM resources which form a DM-IM pattern, and the DM-IM pattern is located on a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) and/or an enhanced Physical Downlink Shared Channel (E-PDSCH) of at least one Long Term Evolution (LTE) subframe. The DM-IM resources are different for different Physical Resource Blocks (PRB) in the LTE subframe. The DM-IM is located in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) Resource Block (RB), and the DM-IM pattern is adjusted.
