    摘要: A vehicle and a control method are capable of generating compressed air using a motor of a hybrid vehicle so as to perform cleaning/care of the hybrid vehicle, without an additional or separate device. The vehicle includes an engine including an intake pipe provided to suck outside air and an exhaust pipe provided to discharge inside air, an opening degree control valve provided at a rear end of the exhaust pipe, and a motor configured to generate power for driving a wheel and configured to drive a piston of the engine by using a portion of the power. In response to the opening degree control valve being in a closed state, and in response to the engine being in a non-combustion state, compressed air is generated in the exhaust pipe by driving the piston of the engine with the power of the motor.

The method includes receiving, by a controller, vehicle traveling information and calculating a first distance between a present vehicle position and an end node. In addition, the controller is configured to calculate a second distance between the present vehicle position and a preceding vehicle based on the receiving information and calculate a third distance in which coasting is available until a present vehicle speed reaches a predetermined target speed. The method further includes determining, by the controller, whether coasting is available based on the first distance, the second distance, the third distance in which coasting is available, and a present vehicle speed of the vehicle, and outputting, when coasting is available, a message that instructs coasting.

    摘要: A slow charging method of a vehicle and an on-board charger using the same are provided that improve charging efficiency and thus save a charging cost by adjusted charging output of the on-board charger based on temperature thereof. The method includes detecting, by a controller, a charging request and detecting temperature of the on-board charger in response to detecting the charging request. The controller is configured to determine whether the temperature of the on-board charger is within a predetermined temperature range and adjust charging an output of the on-board charger to a predetermined value when the temperature of the on-board charger is within the predetermined temperature range. The controller is then configured to charge a battery of the vehicle with the adjusted charging output of the on-board charger.
