Abstract: A method for reading data stored in a redundant array of independent disks (RAID). The RAID includes a RAID controller, a first cache, and a hard disk including a hard disk controller and a second cache. The method includes: receiving a read request, wherein the read request comprises an identifier of a to-be-read logical block; sending a first command to a hard disk controller of the hard disk when the first cache does not comprise data stored in the to-be-read logical block, wherein the first command is used to instruct the hard disk controller of the hard disk to return the data of the to-be-read logical block from the second cache of the hard disk; outputting the returned data, and caching the returned data in the first cache; and controlling the hard disk controller of the first hard disk to delete the returned data stored in the second cache.

Abstract: This application provides an optical chip. The optical chip includes an optical substrate, and a first functional layer, a first space layer, and a second functional layer that are sequentially disposed on the optical substrate. A second optical structure is formed at the second functional layer. The second optical structure includes a second inter-layer coupling structure and a second intra-layer transmission structure, and the second intra-layer transmission structure is located in a first area of the second functional layer. A first optical structure located in a second area is formed at the first functional layer. The first optical structure includes a first inter-layer coupling structure and a first intra-layer transmission structure, and a projection of the second area in a normal direction of a plane of the optical substrate does not overlap with a projection of the first area in the normal direction of the plane of the optical substrate.

Abstract: An optical computing device and a computing method are provided, to provide an optical Ising machine with high operation efficiency. The optical computing device includes a first spin array, an optical feedback network, and a second spin array, where the optical feedback network is separately connected to the first spin array and the second spin array. The first spin array may receive a first group of signals including N optical pulses or N electrical signals, and generate a first group of spin signals including N spin signals. The optical feedback network may receive the first group of spin signals, and generate, based on the first group of spin signals and specified first data, a first group of feedback signals including N feedback signals. The first spin array and the second spin array may process a plurality of signals in parallel, to improve computation efficiency of the optical computing device.

Abstract: A video processing method includes: receiving video data, where the video data is divided into multiple frames; calculating a Lagrange multiplier of a current predict unit in a current coding unit, where the current predict unit is a segment of video signal within the current coding unit, the current coding unit is located in a current frame, and the current frame is one of the multiple frames; performing, by using the Lagrange multiplier of the current predict unit, encoding processing on the current predict unit according to a rate-distortion optimization algorithm to obtain an encoding result of the current predict unit; and sending the encoding result of the current predict unit to a decoder side. An encoding device and a decoding device respectively corresponding to the video processing method are also been provided.
