Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an encoding and decoding method, an electronic device, a communication system, and a storage medium. The encoding method includes: enabling a first camera lens and a second camera lens after an image shooting instruction sent by a second device is received; encoding a first panoramic image to obtain a first compressed image, where the first panoramic image is any image in a first panoramic image stream; obtaining a first difference image based on the first panoramic image and a first close-up image, where the first close-up image is an image that is in a first close-up image stream and that is collected synchronously with the first panoramic image; encoding the first difference image to obtain a second compressed image; and sending the first compressed image and the second compressed image to the second device. Because a picture of a close-up image is a close-up of a local area on a panoramic image, an amount of data of a difference image is very small, and a picture jitter caused by concurrent I frames does not occur.

Abstract: Embodiments provide an information sending method, an information receiving method, a network device, and a terminal device, to enable the terminal device to determine a correct uplink transmission time, thereby avoiding an uplink transmission failure. For achieving this, a network device determines a first receiving start time and a first sending start time. The first receiving start time is a receiving time at which the network device starts to receive a signal in a first time period, and the first sending start time is a sending time at which the network device starts to send a signal in a second time period. The network device sends indication information to a terminal device to instruct the terminal device to determine a second sending start time. The second sending start time is determined based on the first receiving start time and the first sending start time.

Abstract: A method includes: sending, by a first terminal device, an HARQ-ACK to a network device based on received HARQ-ACK feedback indication information sent by the network device, where the HARQ-ACK feedback indication information is used to indicate a transmission time interval commonly occupied by at least one terminal device to feed back an HARQ-ACK and proprietary information about an HARQ-ACK fed back by each terminal device, and the at least one terminal device includes the first terminal device. In this technical solution, HARQ-ACK feedback indication information can indicate proprietary information about an HARQ-ACK fed back by a terminal device, thereby reducing a load of an uplink control channel when the terminal device feeds back the HARQ-ACK.

Abstract: In a channel state information receiving method, a base station sends first signaling to a terminal device. The first signaling includes sounding reference signal (SRS) information of each of a plurality of subbands. The base station receives an SRS in at least one of the plurality of subbands. The base station measures the SRS to obtain channel state information, where the channel state information is obtained by measuring the CSI-RS sent in the at least one subband.
