    Abstract: A synchronization signal block transmission method. When a terminal device receives at least one of N SSBs; and the terminal device determines a time position of a first SSB based on a number of the first SSB in the at least one SSB and a sending parameter, where the sending parameter is used to determine N candidate sending positions for transmitting the N SSBs in one periodicity T1, the N candidate sending positions are in at least two system frames, and the sending parameter includes one or more of the following parameters: a sweeping periodicity T3, a quantity of candidate sending positions included in each system frame, a time interval between two consecutive system frames of candidate sending positions included in each periodicity T1, and a quantity of system frames of the candidate sending positions included in each periodicity T1.

    Abstract: This application provides a power control method, a terminal, and a network device. The power control method includes: receiving, by a terminal, at least one piece of downlink control information (DCI) sent by at least one network device, where the at least one piece of DCI includes at least two transmit power control commands; and determining, by the terminal, a transmit power on an uplink channel in a same carrier based on the at least two transmit power control commands. According to the power control method in the embodiments of this application, the terminal can determine the transmit power on the uplink channel based on a plurality of transmit power control commands, thereby ensuring efficient and proper power allocation and improving overall system performance.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a reference signal transmission method, including: sending, by a terminal, a first reference signal and a second reference signal; and correspondingly, receiving, by a network device, the first reference signal and the second reference signal, where the first reference signal is mapped to a plurality of symbols and is used for estimation of channel state information, the second reference signal is mapped to at least two of the plurality of symbols and is used for phase tracking, and a subcarrier to which the second reference signal is mapped on one of the at least two symbols has a same frequency-domain location as a subcarrier to which the second reference signal is mapped on the rest of the at least two symbols. With the foregoing solution, accuracy of channel state information estimation can be improved.

    Abstract: This application provides a method and device for determining antenna port quasi co-location QCL. The method includes: generating, by a network device, downlink control information DCI, where the DCI includes QCL indication information, the QCL indication information is used to indicate one of a plurality of pieces of combination information, and first combination information in the plurality of pieces of combination information is used to indicate a QCL relationship between a DMRS antenna port and a CSI-RS antenna port; and sending, by the network device, the DCI to a terminal device.     Abstract: An uplink reference signal transmission method is disclosed. User equipment receives first configuration information of a first uplink measurement reference signal and second configuration information of a second uplink measurement reference signal from a wireless network device. The first configuration information is used to configure a time-frequency resource of the first uplink measurement reference signal, and the second configuration information is used to configure a time-frequency resource of the second uplink measurement reference signal. The first uplink measurement reference signal is a zero-power uplink measurement reference signal, and the second uplink measurement reference signal is a non-zero-power uplink measurement reference signal. The user equipment sends, based on the first configuration information and the second configuration information, the second uplink measurement reference signal on a time-frequency resource, other than the time-frequency resource of the first uplink measurement reference signal, in the time-frequency resource of the second uplink measurement reference signal.
