Abstract: An apparatus includes one or more processors that, in response to executing instructions, cause the apparatus to encode a first signal to obtain a first data packet. The first data packet includes first indication information indicating a first tactile sensing threshold. The apparatus is also caused to send the first data packet to a user plane function (UPF) network element. In response to determining the first signal, a second signal, and the first tactile sensing threshold meet a first condition, the apparatus is caused to encode the second signal to obtain a second data packet. The second data packet includes second indication information indicating the first tactile sensing threshold, and the first signal and the second signal correspond to a same tactile flow. The apparatus is additionally caused to send the second data packet to the UPF network element.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a signal transmission method, including: sending, by a first device, a first reference signal to a second device, where the first reference signal is used for phase tracking; the first reference signal is mapped to a first symbol; the first symbol includes a symbol that carries a data signal and that precedes a second symbol; the second symbol is one or more consecutive symbols carrying a DMRS; and the one or more symbols include the 1st symbol carrying the DMRS. According to the foregoing solution, it can be ensured that a PT-RS is also mapped to a symbol to which a data channel is mapped and that precedes a symbol carrying a DMRS, thereby ensuring phase noise estimation performance.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses a signal transmission method and device, and a system. The method includes: determining, by a first device after receiving first information transmitted by a second device, to perform at least one of interference measurement and channel measurement on a resource, or to transmit a reference signal on a resource. The second device can configure the resource of the reference signal for the first device by transmitting the first information to the first device that is in a transmitting state or a receiving state, thereby improving flexibility of resource configuration of the reference signal. When this technical solution is applied to cross interference measurement, accuracy of inter-UE interference measurement is improved.

Abstract: A discontinuous reception (DRX) method performed by a terminal, for example, is provided. The method includes starting a DRX on duration timer and monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a DRX cycle. When the PDCCH indicates that a new data transmission is detected in the DRX cycle, a DRX-inactivity timer is started and the PDCCH is continuing to be monitored. The DRX on duration timer is stopped when at least the DRX-inactivity timer expires while the DRX on duration timer has not yet expired.
