Abstract:
A method for measuring a carrier in deactivated state is provided in this invention, comprising receiving a configuration mode that does not take effect immediately by a user terminal UE; if a deactivation control signaling for a carrier is received by the UE or if a carrier timer of the UE expires, switching the carrier from activated state to deactivated state, and measuring the carrier in deactivated state by the UE; or if an activation control signaling for a carrier in deactivated state that is being measured is received by the UE, terminating measurement of the carrier in deactivated state by the UE. Through controllable deactivated carrier measurement, the UE reduces battery power consumption and improves system performance. This invention also discloses an apparatus for measuring a carrier in deactivated state and a base station.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method, an apparatus and a system for a group session service in a software defined network, and relates to the field of the wireless communication and particularly to a group session service. By separating service control signaling from service data, the demands for a Push to talk over cellular (PoC) server is low and little change is made on a service flow, no extra demands for a user is needed, the control logic of the group call service is simplified, the load of the PoC server is reduced, and the delay of a multiple-party session is remarkably reduced, thereby effectively improving the QoE of the user.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a random access response receiving and sending method, a user equipment, a base station, and a system. The method includes: after sending a dedicated random access preamble to a network side, on a physical downlink control channel, according to a pre-obtained dedicated identifier, detecting control signaling masked by using the dedicated identifier, where the dedicated identifier is a user equipment-specific temporary identifier configured by the network side for the user equipment, and the control signaling includes information about a physical downlink shared channel used to send a random access response and information required for decoding the random access response; and receiving the random access response on a corresponding physical downlink shared channel according to the control signaling.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a random access method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes: obtaining, by the UE, a PRACH sequence; and sending, by the UE, the PRACH sequence to the base station to perform random access, and carrying first information when sending the PRACH sequence so that the base station receives the first information in a random access process. In the technical solutions of the present invention, the UE sends the first information in the random access process, which improves transmission efficiency of the first information. The present invention is particularly applicable to services of small packets.
Abstract:
A sending parameter of a preamble is compared with at least one preset parameter threshold to obtain a comparison result. A channel priority is determined in accordance with the comparison result. When a plurality of uplink channels are required for simultaneous transmission, the transmitting powers of the plurality of uplink channels is determined in accordance with the channel priority; and the plurality of uplink channels comprising a PRACH. This scheme adopts an unfixed strategy for the ranking of the PRACH in the channel priority, and determines the ranking of the PRACH in the channel priority by comparing the sending parameter of the preamble with a preset parameter threshold or receiving a signaling from a base station.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a new Push method, apparatus, and system. The Push method includes: receiving a Push message delivered by an application server; obtaining a private IP address of a UE according to a user identifier, where the user identifier is obtained from the Push message; and obtaining, according to the private IP address of the UE, a PS domain node currently connected to the UE, sending the Push message to the PS domain node, and sending the Push message to the UE through the PS domain node.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a method for controlling uplink signal transmission, a user equipment, and a base station. The method for controlling uplink signal transmission includes receiving uplink signal configuration information sent by a base station; sending an uplink signal to the base station according to the uplink signal configuration information before a first timer expires; stopping sending an uplink signal to the base station when the first timer expires; receiving trigger information sent by the base station, and restarting the first timer according to the trigger information; and sending an uplink signal to the base station before the restarted first timer expires.
Abstract:
An uplink transmission power control method and a user equipment are provided, where the method includes: determining, by a UE, whether uplink channels are simultaneously transmitted over adjacent subframes between multiple carriers; where the adjacent subframes between the multiple carriers are partially overlapped; and timing advance values of the multiple carriers are different; and if uplink channels are simultaneously transmitted over adjacent subframes between multiple carriers, processing, by the user equipment, an uplink channel transmitted over the last symbol on a partially overlapped subframe of another carrier except a carrier having the greatest timing advance value, so that total transmission power of the uplink channels is lower than the maximum transmission power or an interference level of the user equipment.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for accessing a wireless communication node, a wireless communication node, and a system for accessing a wireless communication node. The method includes: receiving, by a second wireless communication node, a request message that is sent by a first wireless communication node; sending, a request response to the first wireless communication node; receiving, a second wireless communication node activation request; and sending, a random access indication message, so that the UE accesses the second wireless communication node. In the embodiments of the present invention, communication among a first wireless communication node that a UE has already accessed, a second wireless communication node that the UE expects to access, and the UE enables the first wireless communication node and the second wireless communication node to provide a service for the UE at the same time.
