To estimate communication quality of the wireless section in real-time, it is provided a communication management apparatus that manages traffic of a communication system, comprising a storage unit which stores a program, and a processor which executes the program stored in the storage unit, wherein the communication system includes a wireless base station that communicates with a wireless terminal, and a gateway apparatus connected to the wireless base station, and wherein the communication management apparatus is configured to: obtain a degree of congestion of the wireless base station; obtain a wireless quality of the wireless terminal, between the wireless base station and the wireless terminal; and calculate an estimated communication quality value of the wireless terminal between the gateway apparatus and the wireless terminal, according to the degree of congestion of the wireless base station and the obtained wireless quality of the wireless terminal.

The disclosure is to eliminate a load on a portion as a bottleneck portion between work processes in a warehouse work control system. The invention includes: a work delay detection unit configured to detect a work delay of each of work subjects; a group configuration change unit configured to change a configuration of a work group when it is determined that the work delay is hindersome to execution of a work; a shift determination unit configured to determine a shift of the work subject when it is determined that the work subject whose work group is changed is present; and an on-movement-path work determination unit configured to determine the work to be performed on a movement path by the work subject.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to promote efficiency improvement of a business by a mobile device. A business analysis server that analyzes a business in a mobile device system conducting the business by controlling a mobile device on the basis of a scenario includes a control unit, and a storage unit including a business index value database that manages a business index value indicating an effect of the business and a business index value history database that manages a change in the business index value as time-series data. The control unit receives scenario execution information when a business index value is designated, analyzes a correlation between the business index value and the scenario by referring to the business index value history database and the scenario execution information, extracts a target scenario whose correlation value with the business index value satisfies predetermined conditions, and generates a correction scenario.

A service providing system includes one or more robots and an information processing apparatus communicably connected to the robots. The information processing apparatus acquires analysis information based on information in an area in which the robot provides a service, acquires robot state information from the robot, stores service information as information on the service, acquires one or more service triggers based on the analysis information, calculates a service effect based on at least any one of service information of a service corresponding to each of a plurality of service triggers, the robot state information, and the information acquired in the service providing area, the service effect being an effect of the service corresponding to each of a plurality of service triggers, selects a service trigger depending on the service effect, and causes the robot as a service execution subject to execute a service corresponding to the selected service trigger.

A robot control system controlling a robot executing a personal service includes: a storage unit configured to store therein in advance trigger action information for which a task to be executed by the robot is formed by a series of actions and the actions and trigger conditions for respectively starting the actions are specified; a trigger determination unit configured to determine whether a trigger condition of the action is satisfied; an action execution unit configured to execute the action; and a task execution unit configured to sequentially select an action specified in the trigger action information of the task to be executed by the robot, cause the trigger determination unit to determine whether a trigger condition of the selected action is satisfied, and cause the action execution unit to execute the action when the trigger condition is satisfied.

Proposed are a process model creation system, a process model creation method and a process model creation program capable of reducing the man-hours required for generating a process model without having to prepare a process model for each of the plurality of business systems. The present invention comprises a data structure conversion unit which converts each data of each business system into a data structure of a common BOP (Bill of Process), a model generation unit which creates a plurality of adapter models from the data structure of the common BOP, and a process model synthesis unit which extracts differences between the plurality of adapter models and creates a synthesis process model.
