Abstract:
An applying apparatus for applying films to a panel includes a film feed device for feeding leading edges of the films to a tentative applying position of applying the edges to the panel, an applying device for applying the films to the panel, and a movable panel conveyance device which is moved together with the applying device.
Abstract:
A film applying apparatus for applying a film including a photosensitive layer to a printed circuit board and the like, a film holding member for wrapping the leading edge of a film and stationary-knife support members are supported on the same fore-and-aft guide rails for synchronous reciprocating movement relative to a film passage plane; the film holding member is floatingly supported by floating mechanisms for movement in a direction perpendicular to a base-plate conveyance plane I--I; and the film holding member is driven by the tacking member via pressure mechanisms to move between a position in which it is spaced from the stationary-knife support members, and a position in which it comes in contact with the stationary-knife support members.
Abstract:
A base plate conveyor includes conveyance rollers for conveying a base plate to a prescribed position, and a base plate centering mechanism having right and left centerers for centering said base plate on said base plate conveyor. The conveyor further includes a device for moving the right and left centerer at a prescribed speed in a direction transverse to the direction of conveyance of the base plate. The moving device moves the centerers at the prescribed speed to such a position that the distance between the right and left centerers is slightly larger than a width of the base plate. The moving device thereafter moves the right and left centerers toward the base plate at a speed lower than the prescribed speed, such that the base plate is centered.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus in which a succession of continuous films each composed of a support film, a photosensitive resin layer and a cover film laminated one above another are joined end to end and fed continuously while allowing the cover film to be separated. While the trailing end of a preceding continuous film is held by suction on a first suction device, the leading end of a succeeding continuous film drawn out from a succeeding film supply roll is bonded to a part of the adhesive surface of an adhesive single coated tape previously held by suction on a second suction device, and the remaining part of the adhesive surface of the adhesive single coated tape is forced against the trailing end of the preceding continuous film being held on the first suction device to thereby join the leading end and the trailing end via the adhesive single coated tape without forming an overlap.
Abstract:
An applying apparatus, which cuts off a portion of a plurality of continuous films to a prescribed length and applies the cut-off portions of the films to a base plate, includes film feed members for feeding the continuous films to the base plate. The film feed members are provided above and below a base plate conveyance passage. A film feed member moving device moves the film feed members up and down synchronously at the right and left ends thereof relative to the base plate.
Abstract:
A pressurizing roller for use in a laminator to bond a film to a panel has a hollow outer shell and flanges on both ends. A roller shaft extending through the flanges and the outer shell transfers its angular moment of force via bearings directly to the flanges and via the flanges to the outer shell to provide uniform distribution of pressure by the roller outer shell to the film and panel. The outer shell is heated to a uniform temperature throughout.
Abstract:
Provided is a pigment dispersion composition suitable for a colored curable composition which enables retaining adhesion capability of a colored pattern and inhibiting the generation of residues, even when a relatively severe development condition is employed. Furthermore, a red colored composition capable of forming a red colored thin film with excellent spectral characteristics. The pigment composition contains an azo pigment represented by the following Formula (1); at least one of acidic functional group-containing organic pigment derivative, anthraquinone derivative, and triazine derivative; and a dispersant. The red colored composition contains a red pigment; a yellow pigment; and a dispersant, in which specific spectral characteristics are satisfied when a colored transmitting film having a thickness of 0.6 μm is formed using the red colored composition.
Abstract:
The uppermost surface of a color filter to be used for a solid-state image pickup apparatus is forcibly oxidized to secure the ratio of the O=C—O bonds relative to the C—C bonds to not lower than a predetermined value so as to prevent cut pieces of Si and other metal foreign objects from re-adhering to the uppermost surface.
Abstract:
A resin composition for automobile constant velocity joint boots having a surface hardness (Shore-D) of 34.about.44, and obtainable by melt mixing as essential components: 100 parts by weight of polyester elastomer (A); and, for every 100 parts by weight of said polyester elastomer (A), 0.05.about.7.0 parts by weight of organic polyisocyanate compound (B); and 0.1.about.5.0 parts by weight of silicone compound (C). A molded automobile constant velocity joint boot molded therefrom is superior in abrasion resistance, and flexibility.
