The present invention relates to a coating composition containing a colored aluminum pigment and a titanium oxide pigment, wherein in the case where a coating film formed from the coating composition is illuminated at 45 degrees with respect to the surface of the coating film, a ratio of lightness L* of light observed at 45 degrees with respect to specularly reflected light, relative to lightness L* of light observed at 110 degrees with respect to specularly reflected light is within a range of 1.00 to 1.50. The invention further relates to a method for forming a coating film, including steps of applying the above-described coating composition to a substrate; and further applying a clear coating composition thereto.

Since a display device is used in a relatively large room, it often displays images on a large screen. On the other hand, a display terminal often displays images on a small screen. Therefore, when the same image is displayed on the display device and the display terminal, the displayed image on the display terminal is so small that the viewer has difficulty in discerning details of the image, which poses a problem that the display terminal is disadvantageous. In a display system including a display terminal and a display device, the display device detects position coordinates optically pointed out by a pointer on a displayed image, and displays a given pointer mark at the detected position coordinates. The display terminal displays a magnified version of the displayed image approximately around received position coordinates serving as a center thereof, and displays a given pointer mark at the position coordinates.

It is an object of the present invention to obtain an optically transparent nano-dispersed polymer blend extrudate and a transparent resin having a microscopic dispersion structure in which incompatible polymer blend is melted and kneaded, one of resins is formed into a matrix, a size of dispersed phase of the other resin is controlled to 300 nm or less, more preferably 100 nm or less. Extra additive such as a compatibilizer is not added. When the incompatible polymer blend is melted and kneaded using a high shearing and forming apparatus having an inner feedback type screw under a condition that the screw rotation speed is 600 rpm to 3000 rpm, the rotation speed of the inner feedback type screw is increased, the kneading time is set under constant rotation speed, the high shearing forming condition is adjusted, and a structure in which a size of dispersed phase is controlled to 300 nm or less, more preferably 100 nm or less is formed.

The provision of beautiful colored titanium which is excellent in adhesion of the pure titanium or a titanium alloy with the base material, is excellent in photocatalytic activity, and further is excellent in design properties and a method of production of the same which is excellent in productivity and uses an anodic oxidation process is made the object. A titanium-based material having visible light response and excellent in photocatalytic activity characterized in that the material has pure titanium or titanium alloy as a base material, a thickness of a titanium oxide layer which is present on its surface is 0.1 μm to 5.0 μm in range, said titanium oxide layer contains anatase-type titanium dioxide and titanium bonded with hydroxy groups, and further said titanium oxide layer contains nitrogen and carbon respectively in 0.5 to 30 mass %.

A motion blur correction device includes a motion blur correction section which performs motion blur correction processing on an intended video data, and a correction intensity judgment section which instructs the motion blur correction section to cancel the execution of the motion blur correction processing when the frame rate of the video data is equal to or less than a predetermined value. As a result, motion blur correction is prevented from being automatically performed when motion blur correction is not required.
