    Abstract: A method of processing a wide angle image including receiving an original image captured by a wide angle camera, receiving a user input selecting a plurality of regions of interest (ROIs) from the original image, generating in parallel a plurality of dewarping maps corresponding to the plurality of ROIs, and rendering in parallel a plurality of corrected images by correcting distortion of the plurality of ROIs based on the plurality of dewarping maps. Apparatus for carrying out the processing method also is disclosed.

    Abstract: To solve the above problem, a monitoring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication unit for receiving an original image acquired by a camera; a storage unit for storing the original image; a screen unit for displaying the original image and a corrected image obtained by dewarping the original image; and a control unit for controlling operations of the communication unit, the storage unit, and the screen unit, wherein the screen unit displays an icon in a dewarping area of the original image where the corrected image is obtained by dewarping the original image, indicates that the dewarping area is selected when the icon located in the dewarping area is selected, and displays a polygon representing the selected dewarping area.

    Abstract: A method for setting a target point on an electronic map, the method performed by an electronic apparatus equipped with a display on which the electronic map is displayed and commands are input through touch, the method may include: sensing a selection of one point on the electronic map; displaying a selection icon on the electronic map; receiving an input of a magnification change command of the electronic map through a first touch; and adjusting the electronic map by expanding or contracting the electronic map with respect to the one point in accordance with the magnification change command and displaying the electronic map on the display, wherein at least the first touch may be continuously maintained during the sensing of the selection of the one point and the receiving of the input of the magnification change command.

    Abstract: A method for setting a parameter includes the steps of: selecting, by a touch or click, one point on an electronic map displayed on an electronic device; displaying a parameter input area around the selected one point on the electronic map; detecting, by the electronic device, panning or drag performed along a direction in which the displayed parameter input area is formed; adjusting a value of the parameter according to the detected panning or drag; detecting, by the electronic device, panning or drag performed in a direction toward the one point; and setting the parameter to the adjusted value, wherein the touch or click is maintained while the steps of setting the one point through setting the parameter is performed.
