摘要: The present invention relates to a thermal management system for a vehicle, which can provide various effects, such as a reduction of weight, a cost reduction, and a reduction of a package size due to a reduction in the number of components. The thermal management system for a vehicle, which includes a refrigerant circulation loop circulating refrigerant and exchanging heat between the refrigerant and inside air of an air-conditioning case in order to perform air-conditioning inside the vehicle, includes: a first coolant loop for cooling electric parts of the vehicle; and a second coolant loop for cooling a battery of the vehicle, wherein the first coolant loop and the second coolant loop are configured independently, and coolant flowing in the first coolant loop selectively circulates in the second coolant loop.

摘要: The present invention relates to a heat pump system for a vehicle. The heat pump system includes a refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger for exchanging heat between refrigerant circulating through a refrigerant circulation line and coolant circulating through electronic units of the vehicle. The heat pump system can operate the heat pump mode even though outdoor air temperature is zero or lower or frosting is formed on the external heat exchanger because waste heat of the electronic units is retrieved through the refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger, thereby further enhancing heating performance and efficiency.

摘要: The present invention relates to a vehicular heat pump system and, more specifically, to a vehicular heat pump system having a chiller for heat exchanging cooling water circulating through vehicle electrical equipment (200), a refrigerant discharged from an outdoor heat exchanger so as to flow through a first bypass line (R1), and a refrigerant discharged from an indoor heat exchanger, thereby: in the air conditioner mode, increasing sub-cool while the refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger is first cooled at the chiller and then is second cooled at the outdoor heat exchanger such that the flow rate of refrigerants increases and cooling performance is improved; in the heat pump mode, allowing the refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger to ensure sub-cool in the chiller so as to increase the flow rate of refrigerants, and allowing the refrigerant discharged from the outdoor heat exchanger to receive an additional heating source from the chiller so as to improve heating performance; and, even in the defrost mode carried out because of frost on the outdoor heat exchanger, ensuring an additional heating source in the chiller so as to minimize a change in indoor discharge temperature because of a lack of heating sources.

摘要: A heat pump system including a compressor mounted on a refrigerant circulation line for compressing and discharging refrigerant. An internal heat exchanger is mounted inside an air-conditioning case. An evaporator is mounted inside the air-conditioning case. An external heat exchanger is mounted outside the air-conditioning case. A first expansion means is mounted on the refrigerant circulation line between the internal heat exchanger and the external heat exchanger to selectively expand refrigerant discharged from the internal heat exchanger. A second expansion means is mounted on the refrigerant circulation line of an inlet side of the evaporator to expand the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator. A coolant circulation line is configured to circulate coolant toward electronic units of the vehicle. A refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger is configured to exchange heat between the refrigerant flowing the refrigerant circulation line and the coolant circulating through the coolant circulation line.

摘要: The present invention relates to a heat pump system for a vehicle, which can independently use waste heat of an engine just as a heat source by separating a heat generation part from a heat absorption part in the heat pump system using a water-cooled condenser, and reduce a length of a loop by separating a high temperature cooling water loop. The heat pump system for a vehicle includes: a first cooling water line for circulating cooling water by connecting a vehicle driving part and a chiller with each other; a second cooling water line disposed in an air-conditioning case for circulating cooling water by connecting a heater core used for heating the interior of the vehicle and a water-cooled condenser with each other; and a valve disposed between the first cooling water line and the second cooling water line. The first cooling water line and the second cooling water line are operated independently if the valve is arranged in a first manner, and the first cooling water line and the second cooling water line are in a serial connection if the valve is arranged in a second manner.
