摘要: A technique of diagnosing a fuel cell stack is provided. In particular, current and voltage of a fuel cell stack are measured during driving of a fuel cell vehicle and the current and voltage are sequentially stored. It is then determined based on the stored current whether the vehicle is being operated at constant current. Different factors are analyzed depending on whether the vehicle is being operated at constant current, and then it is determined whether the fuel cell stack is in a normal state. A moisture supply into the fuel cell stack is calculated if it is determined that the fuel cell stack is not in the normal state. Based on the calculated moisture supply, whether the fuel cell stack is in a dryout state is diagnosed.

摘要: A driving control system and method of a fuel cell system are provided. The driving control method includes determining, by a controller, when a fuel cell stack is in a water shortage, based on an oversupply of air to the fuel cell stack or a deterioration of the fuel cell stack. A diagnostic level is then assigned to the fuel cell system and at least one recovery driving mode that corresponds to the assigned diagnostic level is performed.

摘要: A system and method for diagnosing a fuel cell stack are provided. The method includes determining, by a controller, a time at which diagnosing the fuel cell stack is required based on a plurality of factors and driving a motor adjusted to a first efficiency value for a predetermined first reference time period based on the diagnosis determination. In addition, the controller is configured to drive the motor adjusted to a second efficiency value when the first reference time period has elapsed. A state of the fuel cell stack is then diagnosed based on a voltage variance of the fuel cell stack between driving the motor adjusted to the first efficiency value and second efficiency value.

摘要: A system and method for diagnosing a fuel cell stack are provided.
