    Abstract: This application provides a wireless communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes a terminal device receives a data frame from a second device by using a first device, and notifies the first device when the terminal device determines that a communication data block from the first device is not successfully received. After determining a protocol data packet corresponding to the communication data block, the first device notifies the second device that the first protocol data packet is not successfully transmitted. After determining a data unit that is in the data frame and that corresponds to the communication data block, the terminal device notifies the second device through second-step feedback.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a routing method and a routing apparatus. The routing method includes: receiving a first data packet sent by a first mobile node to a first communication peer end, where the first mobility router is a mobility router in a visited network of the first mobile node, and the first data packet includes an address of the first communication peer end; acquiring an address of a proxy routing entity based on the address of the first communication peer end, where the proxy routing entity is located in a communication path between the first mobility router and the first communication peer end; establishing a first tunnel to the proxy routing entity based on the address of the proxy routing entity; and transmitting, by using the first tunnel, a data packet sent by the first communication peer end to the first mobile node.

An electronic device may predict encoding duration of a to-be-sent data packet in an application (APP), determine an encoding completion moment of the to-be-sent data packet, and send an uplink scheduling request to a network device before the encoding completion moment of the to-be-sent data packet, to apply for an uplink resource for the to-be-sent data packet in advance.     Abstract: A channel estimation method, a related device, and a system are described. A method for channel estimation may include determining when there is a damaged cell measurement reference signal (CRS) in a plurality of CRSs in target resource blocks (RBs), where the target RBs are RBs in compressed standard bandwidth. The method may also include performing, by a terminal, channel estimation by using an undamaged CRS instead of the damaged CRS in the plurality of CRSs. Based on the method, accuracy of channel estimation can be improved, and a problem of a relatively large error of a demodulation result of a data demodulation service performed based on the channel estimation result is resolved.

The sharing information indicates that N first cells and one second cell share a first frequency band, a coverage area of each first cell among the N first cells overlaps a coverage area of the second cell, and N is an integer greater than 1. The method also includes determining a spectrum resource of each first cell among the N first cells in the first frequency band and a first spectrum resource of the second cell. The first spectrum resource is located in the first frequency band, and the first spectrum resource does not overlap the spectrum resource of each first cell among the N first cells in the first frequency band.
