摘要: A clutch hydraulic pressure control circuit includes: a shift valve for switching the destination to feed hydraulic pressure to a first hydraulic clutch or a second hydraulic clutch; and first and second shift solenoid valves operating synchronously to actuate the shift valve. The two shift solenoid valves include a holding valve for keeping hydraulic pressure fed to the shift valve even when hydraulic pressure supply through one of the first and second shift solenoid valves happens to be shut off while hydraulic pressure is fed through the first and second shift solenoid valves to paths between the shift valve and the shift solenoid valves, or when hydraulic pressure supply through one of the first and second shift solenoid valves happens to occur while no hydraulic pressure is fed through the shift solenoid valves.

摘要: A drum type-variable speed drive wherein a spring bearing member, which is restricted from moving in the axial direction of departing from a shift fork by a locking member fixed to a shift fork shaft, is pivotally supported by the shift fork shaft. A lost motion spring is interposed between the spring bearing member and the shift fork. Movement of the shift fork shaft in the axial direction caused by rotation of a shift drum presses the spring bearing member through the locking member, whereby the spring load of the lost motion spring acts on the shift fork.

摘要: A vehicle power unit is provided in which a transmission including a gear transmission mechanism and a gear selector mechanism is housed in a transmission case, the gear transmission mechanism having gear trains with a plurality of gear positions that can be established alternatively, the gear selector mechanism being capable of operating s as to alternatively establish the gear trains with the plurality of gear positions, and a plurality of rotational speed sensors individually detecting the rotational speed of a plurality of rotating members forming part of the transmission are mounted on the transmission case, wherein the plurality of rotational speed sensors are disposed in a distributed manner so as to sandwich the plurality of shaft members of the gear selector mechanism in a projection on a plane orthogonal to a central axis of a crankshaft.

摘要: A power unit includes a transmission adapted to transmit rotational power from a crankshaft to a drive axle, with speed change. The transmission has an input shaft rotatably supported on a crankcase. A hydraulic clutch, configured to be selectively engaged and disengaged, is disposed coaxially with the input shaft. A clutch cover covering the hydraulic clutch is connected to the crankcase. A clutch actuator, which controls switching between engagement and disengagement of the hydraulic clutch, and an actuator cover, which covers the clutch actuator in a liquid-tight manner, are mounted to an outer surface of the clutch cover. An oil temperature sensor is mounted to the actuator cover, and is provided for detecting a temperature of oil in an oil chamber, formed between the clutch cover and the actuator cover.

摘要: The vehicle driving force transmission structure of a power unit can include a main transmission having a transmission shaft group and parallel to a crankshaft and provided in a crankcase on the side of the crankshaft. The transmission structure can also include a large rotational body provided at an end of the crankshaft, and an auxiliary transmission provided as a separate body from and connecting to the main transmission. The auxiliary transmission has a transmission shaft group parallel to the transmission shaft group of the main transmission and disposed so as to form a periphery of the large rotational body. The auxiliary transmission includes a transmission driving mechanism disposed below the large rotational body.
