Abstract: The present invention relates to a quick coupling for pipe pile, comprising an upper end plate, a lower end plate and a screw hook made of spring steel for coupling the upper and lower end plate, a plurality of tapped holes are uniformly provided on the upper end plate, a plurality of holes corresponding to the tapped holes are provided on the lower end plate, a lock hole is positioned at the lower portion of the hole, while the cross-section area of the lock hole is bigger than the cross-section area of the hole. Abstract: Provided is a drilling apparatus, comprising a PHC pipe cased pile having a drilling section for containing fluid and a hammer element arranged inside the cavity of the PHC pipe cased pile which moves along the drilling direction till the bottom of the drilling section. As the hammer element moves along the drilling direction till the bottom of the drilling section, a localized hydraulic force will be induced in the fluid contained in the drilling section of the PHC pipe cased pile by a sharp rise in the fluid pressure in addition to the impact force directly acted on the rock and soil by the hammer element. Under action of the hydraulic force and the impact force, the surrounding soft rock stratum could be crushed and the rock stratum with higher strength is left intact, that is, the drilling apparatus proceeds until harder rock. At this point, concrete casting will bond with the harder rock, resulting in a better bearing capacity of the PHC pipe cased pile foundation.

Abstract: The present application discloses a construction method for pouring concrete in a karst cave. Concrete streaming is pumped into a hollow passage of a drill stem, then opens the one-way openable sealing cover with a pre-tensioned spring on a reaming drill bit and enters the karst cave to complete pouring of the concrete. When the karst cave is relatively low, low-slump plain concrete mixed with quick-setting agents is injected through a drilling rig and the hollow drill stem to form a concrete pier; when the karst cave is relatively high, the hollow drill stem is sleeved into a thin-walled steel shell, and the thin-walled steel shell is synchronously sunk into the drilled hole while drilling, enters the karst cave and is socketed into a stable rock stratum, then concrete is pumped into the thin-walled steel shell from the bottom of the pile, and finally, a reinforcement cage is inserted to form a cast-in-place pile. Compared with the existing karst cave treatment methods, the construction method according to the present application can greatly reduce the consumption of materials, improve the mechanization of construction, simplify the construction process, shorten the construction period and reduce the engineering cost, and the cast-in-place pile with thin-walled steel shell, formed when the karst cave is relatively high, can further improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.

Abstract: Provided is a construction method for foundation pit support utilizing prefabricated large-diameter pipe pile, through this method the pipe pile can be sunk into a hole being drilled. The method applies to a large-diameter pipe pile being sunk. All of components, such as the prefabricated capping beam configured to fix all pile heads and the prefabricated waist beam configured to secure the pile bodies, can ensure the excellent fixture of the pipe piles during the construction of the foundation pit. This method has a good retaining and protecting effect when applied to construction of a deep foundation pit requiring large-diameter pipe pile. It can reduce the environmental impact caused by waste soil and mud discharge in traditional cast-in-place construction, and the use of prefabricated components decreased the construction period and improved the construction efficiency.
