    摘要: A closed plasma channel (“CPC”) superconductor which, in a first embodiment, is comprised of an elongated, close-ended vacuum conduit comprising a cylindrical wall having a longitudinal axis and defining a transmission space for containing an ionized gas of vapor plasma (hereinafter “plasma components”), the plasma components being substantially separated into regionalized channels parallel to the longitudinal axis in response to a static magnetic field produced within the transmission space. Each channel is established along the entire length of the transmission space. At least one channel is established comprised primarily of free-electrons which provide a path of least resistance for the transmission of energy therethrough. Ionization is established and maintained by the photoelectric effect of a light source of suitable wavelength to produce the most conductive electrical transmission medium. Various embodiments of the subject method and apparatus are described including a hybrid system for the transmission of alternating current or, alternatively, multi-pole EM fields through the cylindrical wall and direct current or charged particles through the stratified channels.

    摘要: A charged particle induction apparatus and method comprising a high power light emitting means, such as a laser array, in operable communication with a high energy output means to accomplish initiation of at least two concentric plasma channels in atmosphere extending from the Earth's surface to the charge-rich upper atmosphere, including the ionosphere, for the transmission of charged particles therethrough to ground using the surrounding atmosphere as an insulator. The transmitted energy is drawn down (due to an artificially created potential) through the conductive plasma channels to collection means.

The apparatus comprises a high power laser array in operable communication with a high energy output means to accomplish initiation of at least two concentric plasma channels in atmosphere, a second energy source for outputting the charged particles to be transmitted, and means for introducing the charged particles to be transmitted into the wall of at least one of the laser-induced conduction channels. Other embodiments further include means for inducing the energy across the conduction path to a target capable of receiving and storing the energy, and a plurality of charging rods bearing a negative or positive charge and in communication with each conductive channel for shaping and stabilizing the charge transmitted therethrough.
