Abstract:
Provided are a team medical support device, a method for controlling a team medical support device, and a team medical support system which can smoothly perform information exchange and information sharing in a team medical treatment.A team medical support device reads patient schedule information and a communication message from a patient schedule information storage unit and a communication message storage unit in response to a transmission request from client terminals, creates a medical support screen, and transmits the medical support screen to the client terminals. A patient schedule information display region and a communication message display region in which communication messages related to a patient or event information for the patient are summarized is displayed on the medical support screen.
Abstract:
In an image viewing system, a medical image is displayed on a display panel having a predetermined aspect ratio. One of a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation in which the display panel is positioned is detected. A longitudinal direction of the display panel is vertical in case of the vertical orientation, and is horizontal in case of the horizontal orientation. The medical image is processed in rotation processing relative to the display panel by maintaining a size of the medical image in compliance with one of the horizontal and vertical orientations of the display panel, to orient the medical image in a proper orientation relative to a viewing direction to the display panel. Assuming that a blank area is created outside a display area of the medical image on the display panel after the rotation processing, relevant information relevant to the medical image is displayed in the blank area.
Abstract:
The clinical path management server has a clinical path database (CPDB), an access request reception unit, a determination unit, and a warning unit. The CPDB stores a clinical path, in which schedules and work results relating to a plurality of medical practices are recorded in time series, such that the clinical path can be searched. The access request reception unit receives an access request with respect to the clinical path, from the operator terminal. The determination unit determines the presence or absence of omission of input of work results of the past medical practices of which the input should be already completed at a point in time when the access request is received, when the access request is received. The warning unit issues a warning in a case where it is determined that there is omission of input.
Abstract:
A request distribution unit, an SO acquisition request reception unit, a creation request issuance unit, and an authorization unit are added to the clinical-path management server. The request distribution unit distributes an SO acquisition request and an access request for access to a CP. The SO acquisition request reception unit receives an SO acquisition request from a patient terminal. The creation request issuance unit issues an SO creation request to an SO attending doctor responsible for an SO. When the creation request is issued, the authorization unit grants editing authority to edit the CP of the patient requesting the SO. The authorization unit grants editing authority by updating authority management information stored in an authority management information storage unit.
Abstract:
In the clinical pathway management device, if a request for change that requires the change of the content of a clinical pathway is received, with reference to schedule data, it is determined whether or not there is an overlap between hospital resources assigned to a treatment included in a clinical pathway as a target of change and hospital resources assigned to a treatment included in other clinical pathways different from the clinical pathway as a target of change in a case where the clinical pathway is changed according to the request for change. In a case where there is no overlap, the clinical pathway is changed according to the request for change. In a case where there is an overlap because of the change of at least either the clinical pathway as a target of change or other clinical pathways described above, plural kinds of plans of change for avoiding the overlap are generated. Thereafter, a degree of influence, which is obtained by numerically expressing an extent of change made according to each of the plans of change, of each of the plans of change is calculated. Then, the clinical pathway is changed according to a plan of change with a minimal degree of influence.
Abstract:
The remote indication support system includes an in-vehicle device which is mounted on an ambulance; and a remote indication device which is installed in a hospital. The in-vehicle device transmits a photographed image which has been photographed by a photographing unit, to the remote indication device through a communication network. The photographed image is displayed on a display, and an operating unit receives position designation of the inspection site of a patient within the photographed image. The remote indication device transmits an indication based on this position designation, to the in-vehicle device. The light pointer displaces the irradiation position of light based on the indication relating to the inspection site which has been received from the remote indication device.
Abstract:
A clinical path approval unit extracts clinical paths for which a user has approval authority by referring to authority information of the clinical paths stored in a clinical path DB, and causes the user to select a clinical path to be approved from among the extracted clinical paths. If the clinical path to be approved is selected, information (digital signature) indicating that the clinical path is approved and a certificate for certificating that this approval has been made from a terminal of a user having approval authority are generated. The clinical path approval unit stores the digital signature or the certificate in association with the approved clinical path to update the clinical path DB.
Abstract:
A medical support apparatus outputs information of a medical service to a patient body. A page generator generates a schedule view page to display a medical care schedule (patient workflow) constituted by arranging plural medical services in a time sequence. Estimated remaining time is displayed in the schedule view page, the estimated remaining time being time from a current time point until an estimated time point of at least one particular medical service selected from the medical services in the medical care schedule. Preferably, a first medical care schedule has a medical service to be performed in case the particular medical service is in time until the estimated time point. A second medical care schedule has a medical service to be performed in case of non-occurrence of the particular medical service in time until the estimated time point.
Abstract:
The medical support device is detachably provided in a cradle device installed inside an ambulance, and is used in a state in which the medical support device is detached from the cradle device and a state in which the medical support device is attached to the cradle device. The medical support device operates in a first support mode when the medical support device is detached from the cradle device, and operates in a second support mode when the medical support device is attached to the cradle device. The medical support device displays a triage support screen for supporting triage on a display in the first support mode. Further, the medical support device displays any one of a monitoring support screen for monitoring an electrocardiogram, a FAST support screen for supporting a FAST, and a selection support screen for supporting selection of a transport destination on the display in the second support mode.
Abstract:
In an initial emergency response step in which a patient is transported from a site of emergency to a hospital, when a paramedic starts treatment of the patient using a medical device such as a triage device or a vital sign measurement device, treatment start information is transmitted from the medical device to a medical support server of a medical support system. According to the treatment start information, the medical support server creates timeline information for managing medical care information of the patient along a time axis and starts management of the medical care information generated in the initial emergency response step.
