Abstract:
The remote indication support system includes an in-vehicle device which is mounted on an ambulance; and a remote indication device which is installed in a hospital. The in-vehicle device transmits a photographed image which has been photographed by a photographing unit, to the remote indication device through a communication network. The photographed image is displayed on a display, and an operating unit receives position designation of the inspection site of a patient within the photographed image. The remote indication device transmits an indication based on this position designation, to the in-vehicle device. The light pointer displaces the irradiation position of light based on the indication relating to the inspection site which has been received from the remote indication device.
Abstract:
A medical support apparatus outputs information of a medical service to a patient body. A page generator generates a schedule view page to display a medical care schedule (patient workflow) constituted by arranging plural medical services in a time sequence. Estimated remaining time is displayed in the schedule view page, the estimated remaining time being time from a current time point until an estimated time point of at least one particular medical service selected from the medical services in the medical care schedule. Preferably, a first medical care schedule has a medical service to be performed in case the particular medical service is in time until the estimated time point. A second medical care schedule has a medical service to be performed in case of non-occurrence of the particular medical service in time until the estimated time point.
Abstract:
The medical support device is detachably provided in a cradle device installed inside an ambulance, and is used in a state in which the medical support device is detached from the cradle device and a state in which the medical support device is attached to the cradle device. The medical support device operates in a first support mode when the medical support device is detached from the cradle device, and operates in a second support mode when the medical support device is attached to the cradle device. The medical support device displays a triage support screen for supporting triage on a display in the first support mode. Further, the medical support device displays any one of a monitoring support screen for monitoring an electrocardiogram, a FAST support screen for supporting a FAST, and a selection support screen for supporting selection of a transport destination on the display in the second support mode.
Abstract:
In an initial emergency response step in which a patient is transported from a site of emergency to a hospital, when a paramedic starts treatment of the patient using a medical device such as a triage device or a vital sign measurement device, treatment start information is transmitted from the medical device to a medical support server of a medical support system. According to the treatment start information, the medical support server creates timeline information for managing medical care information of the patient along a time axis and starts management of the medical care information generated in the initial emergency response step.
Abstract:
A medical support system provides timeline information having medical care information of a patient arranged in a time sequence for use in medical care of the patient. A timeline entry device registers the timeline information in a database in association with fingerprint information (biometric information) for identifying the patient. A timeline readout device reads out the timeline information from the database by search upon identity verification of the fingerprint information. Furthermore, a timeline matching device operates upon acquiring plural sets of the timeline information with identity verification of the fingerprint information, and generates multi-user timeline information by matching the plural sets of the timeline information in the time sequence. Preferably, the timeline entry device is provided with the timeline information by plural medical service providers for the medical care of the patient. Information sharing of the timeline information is performed between the medical service providers.
Abstract:
In an initial step of emergency in which a patient is transported from a site to a hospital, a medical support system creates general-purpose emergency timeline information that is available in the initial step of emergency of a plurality of diseases according to treatment start of a paramedic for the patient, and manages medical care information of the patient based on the created emergency timeline information. After specifying of disease of the patient, the medical support system creates dedicated timeline information corresponding to the specified disease, and manages the medical care information of the patient based on the created dedicated timeline information. The medical care information managed using the emergency timeline information transitions to the dedicated timeline information.
Abstract:
A medical support apparatus for outputting information of a medical service for a patient body includes an input receiving device for receiving medical care information input by user input in relation to the patient body. A page generator generates a medical support page containing first and second display areas arranged with one another. The first display area displays a medical care schedule with plural medical services arranged in a time sequence to be performed for the patient body. The second display area displays and arranges the medical care information in a sequence of reception in the input receiving device while the medical services are performed. Preferably, the medical care information includes message information for communication between medical staff members. The medical care information is entered and displayed according to instant messaging in a multi-user environment in a medical team.
Abstract:
The assessment assistance device assists FAST by displaying and updating an assessment assistance screen. On the assessment assistance screen, 6 sites to be assessed through FAST are shown using hatching which is added to a schema image. In addition, execution situation display sections corresponding to these 6 sites are provided in the assessment assistance screen and are connected to the corresponding sites using indicators of arrows. A message indicating that no assessment is performed is displayed on the execution situation display sections in a state in which the corresponding sites are not assessed. When an assessment is performed in an ultrasonic assessment device by operating an assessment site designation button of an execution situation display section corresponding to a site on which an assessment is performed, the assessment assistance screen is updated by displaying an ultrasonic image which is acquired through this assessment on the execution situation display section provided with the assessment site designation button.
Abstract:
A medical assistance server generates a medical assistance screen, and distributes the medical assistance screen to a client terminal. The medical assistance screen includes a medical schedule display region where a medical schedule is displayed and a relevant information display region where relevant information is displayed. In the medical schedule display region, a medical schedule in which medical acts are arranged in time series is displayed, so that one of the displayed medical acts can be selected. In the relevant information display region, various kinds of information that are referred to when performing the medical act selected in the medical schedule display region are displayed. The user can perform a medical examination by referring to the schedule and the relevant information.
