摘要: An ultrasonic imaging device and a method for detecting endometrial peristalsis. The method comprises: acquiring ultrasound echo data of the endometrium (1), and determining on said basis the peristaltic displacement or peristaltic speed of a point in the endometrium within a preset period of time (2); calculating peristalsis parameters of the endometrium according to the peristaltic displacement or the peristaltic speed of the point in the endometrium within the preset period of time, the peristalsis parameters being used to describe the moving state of endometrial peristalsis (3); and displaying the peristalsis parameters (4). Thus, peristalsis parameters are calculated automatically without relying on the subjective determination of an ultrasound doctor, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of the detection of peristalsis.

摘要: Post-scan ultrasound images are masked and labeled with anatomical features identified in the images. Masks corresponding to the features are transformed into the coordinate system of the pre-scan, raw ultrasound data frames corresponding to the images. The masks and their respective raw ultrasound data frames are used to train an artificial intelligence model. The model is then used to predict the presence of anatomical features of the same type in other pre-scan ultrasound data. Once predicted, the raw data is scan converted for display as segmented ultrasound images that identify the predicted anatomical features. Deployment of the model on pre-scan data avoids the need to account for different levels of processing that may be applied to post-scan images, while the labeling for training the model may be done on the post-scan images.

The controller unit may be further configured to perform a segmentation process on the obtained transabdominal image of the patient's prostate using a trained machine learning model to identify a boundary of the prostate in the transabdominal image of the patient's prostate.

摘要: Intravascular devices, systems, and methods are disclosed. In some instances, a method for treating a vessel of a patient includes collecting intravascular ultrasound imaging data of the placement of the stent using the intravascular ultrasound imaging device, estimating, using a processing device, a restenosis probability value based on the intravascular ultrasound imaging data of the placement of the stent and communicating the estimated restenosis probability value to a clinician. Associated devices and systems are also provided.

摘要: A tissue resection system and a method for determining a cutting parameter, the method comprising the following steps: acquiring a three-dimensional ultrasonic image of a target tissue; slicing the three-dimensional ultrasonic image to form a series of two-dimensional slice images, according to a preset step size; determining contour information the two-dimensional slice images; and calculating a cutting parameter on the basis of the determined contour information comprising contour information of an ablation tool and contour information of the target tissue, the cutting parameter comprising at least one of: a cutting position parameter (L), a cutting depth parameter (R), and a cutting angle parameter (β). Therefore, a cutting parameter can be calculated more efficiently, and a more reasonable and larger cutting range can be planned more precisely, thus resection efficiency, the resection area, and safety are all achieved.

摘要: A method includes obtaining a first frame of a probed region acquired using a first probe device at a first time, and a first set of control parameters used to acquire the first frame. Processing the first frame includes segmenting features from the first frame after first probe-specific effects are reduced in the first frame based on the first set of control parameters. The method includes, when the first frame contains a respective attribute present in a second frame acquired at a time earlier than the first time using a second set of control parameters, displaying information related to differences in the respective attribute in the first frame and the second frame. The second frame is obtained by processing the one or more features segmented from the second frame after one or more second probe-specific effects are reduced in the second frame.
