    摘要: A pharmaceutical counter for dispensing precise quantities of pharmaceuticals is disclosed. The pharmaceutical counter includes a holder defining a first interior sized to hold a first plurality of pharmaceuticals. A hopper defines a second interior sized to hold a second plurality of pharmaceuticals. The pharmaceutical counter also includes a counting mechanism that counts precise quantities of pharmaceuticals. The counting mechanism is arranged to receive pharmaceuticals of the first plurality of pharmaceuticals held by the holder and to receive pharmaceuticals of the second plurality of pharmaceuticals held by the hopper.

    摘要: The medication dispensing assembly includes a housing having an interior. A medication bottle is disposed in the interior with its cap assembly facing vertically downwardly. The cap assembly includes outer, middle, and inner pieces. The outer and inner pieces are fixed with one another, and the middle piece is fixed with the bottle. A drive unit is disposed in the interior of the housing and is configured to rotate the bottle and the middle piece of the cap assembly about a vertical axis. The three pieces of the cap assembly have respective medication openings, and rotating the bottle causes individual pills to travel first from the bottle into the inner piece, then into the middle piece, then around the vertical axis, and then outside of the cap assembly through the medication opening of the outer piece.

    摘要: A pharmaceutical order filling system receives pharmaceutical orders and uses a loading device to label containers and load the labeled containers onto a pallet. The loading device is configured with at least one container drop assembly that receives containers to be labelled and loaded onto the pallet and that is in communication with a label assembly configured to print and apply labels to the containers. The loading device also includes at least one loading rotary wheel configured to receive the labelled containers and hold the labelled containers in a pick position to be moved from the pick position to a predetermined position on the pallet. The loading device may be configured to accommodate multiple sizes of containers and to consolidate multiple sizes of labelled containers into a single loading rotary wheel for loading onto the pallet.

The system can include an outflow conveyor, and an injection conveyor to inject a package located thereon onto the outflow conveyor. The system can also include a monitoring system positioned to perform package monitoring of the outflow conveyor and to image the package on the outflow conveyor after the package has been injected onto the outflow conveyor. The monitoring system can be further configured to determine an intended destination of the package based on an identifier detected on the package in the image captured by the monitoring system. A routing device can be positioned to perform package routing of the package to an accumulation area for packages based on the determination of the intended destination of the package.

In the loading position, the plurality of container receiving spaces are accessible to receive the batch of containers. In the cutting position, the cutter is in registration with the batch of containers held by holder to cut the batch of containers.
