    Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to multi-zone filtration monitoring systems and methods. In an embodiment, a filtration monitoring system is included having a plurality of filtration housings, a plurality of filter elements associated with the filter housings, a plurality of wireless communication tags associated with the filter elements, a plurality of zone antennas, and a wireless communication reader in wired communication with the plurality of zone antennas. The reader can be configured to wirelessly send data to and receive data from the wireless communication tags via the zone antennas. Other embodiments are also included herein.

    Abstract: Aspects herein include filter systems including short-range wireless tracking features to detect insertion and/or removal of filter elements from filter systems. In an embodiment, a filtration system is included having a housing including a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The housing can define an internal volume. A first filter element can be removably disposed within the housing. A short-range wireless communication tag can be associated with the first filter element. A short-range wireless communication reader can be associated with the housing, the reader configured to wirelessly send data to and receive data from the tag when the reader and the tag are at a distance that is less than or equal to a maximum communication distance. Removal of the first filter element from the housing can cause the distance between the tag and the reader to exceed the maximum communication distance. Other embodiments are also included herein.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to filter restriction indicator (100) for a filtration system. In an embodiment, a filter restriction indicator (100) can have an electronics control cartridge (800) including an internal spacer frame (304), a first circuit board (346), a second circuit board (302) disposed over the first circuit board (346), and a pressure sensor (336) in electrical communication with the first circuit board (346). A filter fluid tube (318) defines a filter fluid channel (348) in fluid communication with the pressure sensor (336). The internal spacer frame (304) can secure the first circuit board (346) at a fixed distance from the second circuit board (302). A lower housing (108) defines an ambient pressure port (310). A cap (102) defines an interior volume (332) into which the electronics control cartridge fits (800). The cap (102) can define a shielding panel (112) configured to fit over an exterior portion of the ambient pressure port (336) when the cap (102) is engaged with the lower housing (108).
