摘要: Provided is a fine concave-convex laminate that is reduced in thickness, has excellent antireflection performance, and can suppress scattering and absorption of short-wavelength light. A fine concave-convex laminate comprises a substrate, a first transparent organic layer, and a second transparent organic layer laminated in the stated order, wherein the first transparent organic layer has a fine concave-convex structure at a surface facing the second transparent organic layer, the second transparent organic layer has fine concave-convex structures at both surfaces, and a thickness of a composite layer composed of the first transparent organic layer and the second transparent organic layer is 15 μm or less.

摘要: A transparent laminate including a transparent substrate and structure layer, wherein the structure layer contains protrusion portions, depression portions, or both on a surface thereof, and an average distance between the adjacent protrusion portions or between the adjacent depression portions is equal to or less than a visible light wavelength, the structure layer includes a polymerized product of an active energy ray curable resin composition, the resin composition includes a composition of a (meth)acryloyl group-containing polymerizable compound, the compound composition includes one or more from each of (A), (B), and (C): (A) a monofunctional (meth)acryloyl group-containing polymerizable compound; (B) alkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate; and (C) trifunctional or higher (meth)acrylate, the (A) satisfies certain conditions specifying a type and amount of a compound, and a ratio (E′150/E′50) of storage elastic modulus E′150 of the structure layer at 150° C. to storage elastic modulus E′50 thereof at 50° C. is 0.5 or less.

摘要: There is provided a master, an optical body, and a master manufacturing method, including: forming, on a surface of a master body that includes a base material, a periodic micro concave-convex structure in which an average cycle of concavities and convexities is less than or equal to visible light wavelengths; forming an inorganic resist layer on the surface of the master body; microparticulating and spraying an organic resist dissolved in a diluent onto the inorganic resist layer, to thereby form an organic resist layer, on a surface of which is provided a macro concave-convex structure in which the average cycle of concavities and convexities is greater than the visible light wavelengths; and etching the organic resist layer, the inorganic resist layer, and the master body, to thereby superimpose and uniformly form the micro concave-convex structure and the macro concave-convex structure on the surface of the base material.

摘要: Provided are a cylindrical base, a master and a method for manufacturing a master enabling a uniform transfer of a fine pattern. A cylindrical base of a quartz glass having an internal strain in terms of birefringence of less than 70 nm/cm is used. A resist layer is deposited to an outer circumference surface of this cylindrical base, a latent image is formed on the resist layer, the latent image formed on the resist layer is developed and the pattern of the developed resist layer is used as a mask for etching to form a structure including concaves or convexes arranged in a plurality of rows on the outer circumference surface of the cylindrical base.

摘要: There is provided an optical body and a display device that enable wavelength dependence of a reflectance to be reduced and reflection of incident light to be further suppressed, the optical body including: a concave-convex structure formed on a surface of a base material. An average period of concavities and convexities of the concave-convex structure is equal to or shorter than a wavelength belonging to a visible light band. A standard deviation of differences between respective positions of bottom faces of the concavities of the concave-convex structure in a normal direction of a flat surface of the base material and a median of the positions of the bottom faces is greater than or equal to 25 nm.
