摘要: An elastomeric article having reducing microbe affinity and transmission is disclosed. The article has a coating of a hydrophobic, non-leaching antimicrobial polymer that is durably attached to an exterior surface, such that said antimicrobial polymer does not spontaneously migrate or is not removed from said exterior surface in the presence of aqueous substances, strong acids and bases, and organic solvents, and said antimicrobial polymer forms either a water-insoluable siloxane resin, or a covalently attached siloxane homopolymer, or a combination of both. The coated surface has a reduced affinity for aqueous-based substances and exhibits an enduring reduction in microbe affinity and transmission.

摘要: Elastomeric articles, such as gloves are disclosed. The gloves include a primary matrix made from one or more elastomeric materials and a foam donning layer. In one embodiment, for instance, the donning layer can be formed from a polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam can be created from the reaction product of a polyurethane prepolymer and a solution containing water. The resulting foam can be hydrophilic and can absorb moisture for preventing moisture from being trapped between the primary matrix and a user's skin.

摘要: In a computer system a system of exchanging tokens for queue banks is created that permits a requestor to directly specify which queue bank is wanted. Only the desired queue bank is withdrawn from a queue bank repository to accomplish this and no sorting or FIFO handling of queue banks is needed. The system uses a schema similar to a coat check room, where the requestor is given a token when the requestor wants to deposit a queue bank into the queue bank repository. The queue bank repository returns the queue bank when the token is returned by the requester. In its most efficient form, two machine-level instructions handle the entire operation, a withdraw instruction and a deposit instruction.

摘要: A bracket for a clothesline assembly, a clothesline assembly, and a method of fabricating a bracket for a clothesline assembly. The bracket comprises a first arm; and a second arm connected to the first arm at a vertex point such that the first and second arms extend from the vertex point to first and second mounting points of the first and second arms, respectively; wherein each of the first and second arms are configured to be mounted to a support structure at the first and second mounting points, respectively; wherein the first arm is configured to have a plurality of end terminals of respective strand sections connected thereto along a length of the first arm; and wherein the first arm is curved such that a convex surface of the first arm faces away from the second arm and such that the vertex point, the first mounting point and the second mounting point define a triangle in which an internal angle between a side of the triangle defined by the vertex point and the first mounting point, and a base of the triangle defined by the first and second mounting points is less than 90 degrees.

摘要: A leveling system for leveling a table having a top surface and at least three legs. The leveling system including at least three sensor bars that act as individual digital levels adapted to be placed on top surface of the table. The leveling system including a leg movement system adapted to be attached to the table and adapted to raise and lower the legs to achieve a level top surface. The leveling system including a controller system that is connected to the sensor bars to receive data from the sensors bars and to the leg movement system to command movement of the leg movement system that is adapted to raise and lower the table, the controller system including a leveling software algorithm which inputs the data from the sensor bars and controls activation of the leg movement system.
