Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to determining a period in which a non-urgent RRM update should be deferred. The method may comprise applying a first update to an existing configuration of the plurality of wireless access points in the network based on an analysis of telemetry received from the plurality of wireless access points received over a period spanning at least two busy periods. The method may further comprise applying a second update that modifies the first preferred network configuration based on an analysis of telemetry received during the first busy period. The method may further comprise applying a maintenance update to the tweaked network configuration based on telemetry received during the next busy period.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for automatically applying configuration recommendations to a wireless network. Configuration recommendations are received from an artificial intelligence (AI) radio resource management (RRM) recommendation engine, and an auto-pilot functionality automatically applies some (or all) of the recommendations to the network, reducing the network administrator's workload. The wireless network receives user inputs for timing, RF frequencies, zones (e.g., building and RF groups therein), risk tolerances, etc. that control configuration policies for how the configuration recommendations are automatically applied to the wireless network. User inputs can be received through a GUI that organizes the types of configuration recommendations into sets (or categories) and associates these sets with respective conditions controlling if/when the respective sets are automatically applied to the network. In addition to facilitating user inputs, the GUI also provides user feedback by reporting on the configuration recommendations received and implemented by the auto pilot.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a first wireless access point (AP) of a first basic service set (BSS) receives, from a second wireless AP of a second BSS, data indicative of an 802.11-based target wake time (TWT) schedule of a client of the second BSS. The first wireless AP identifies, from the receive data, a scheduled communication time of the client of the second BSS in the TWT schedule. The first wireless AP generates an 802.11-based TWT schedule for a client of the first BSS that avoids the scheduled communication time of the client of the second BSS. The first wireless AP sends the generated 802.11-based TWT schedule to the client of the first BSS, wherein the sent TWT schedule causes the client of the first BSS to wake from sleep at a scheduled wake time.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a device assigns a first radio of an access point in a wireless network to a client serving role and a second radio of the access point to a channel monitoring role. The device associates a wireless client with the first radio. The device determines that the wireless client is a low bandwidth client. The device switches the wireless client from the first radio to the second radio of the access point assigned to the channel monitoring role.

Then, based on the bandwidth restriction, the AP can determine a lower amount of wireless bandwidth to provide to station wireless communicating to the AP. The AP can then modify a bandwidth allocation assigned to the station based on the lower amount of wireless bandwidth.

The service populates a database of radar features with the received radar data. The service trains, using the database of radar features, a machine learning-based model to predict channel usages by the radar. The service causes a wireless access point to change to a different wireless channel, based on the predicted channel usages by the radar.
