摘要： A device for treating a tissue includes a capsule extending longitudinally from a proximal end to a distal end and including a channel extending therethrough, the capsule releasably coupled to a proximal portion of the device and clip arms, proximal ends of which are slidably received within the channel of the capsule so that the clip arms are movable between an open configuration, and a closed configuration. A core member is coupled to the clip alms, the core member including a proximal portion and a distal portion releasably connected to one another so that, when the core member is subjected to a predetermined load, the proximal and distal portions are separated from one another. An electrically conductive control member is connected to the core member, a proximal end of the connected member connected to a power source for delivering an electrical current to the clip arms.

摘要： A tissue cutting device includes a flexible elongate body including a channel extending therethrough, a distal member connected to a distal end of the elongate body. The distal member includes a lumen extending therethrough in communication with the channel and a recess extending through an exterior surface of the distal member along a portion of a length thereof. The recess extends includes a receiving structure at a distal end thereof. A cutting element is slidably received within the channel and the lumen so that the cutting element is movable between an open tissue-receiving configuration and a closed tissue-gripping configuration, in which a distal portion of the cutting element extends across the recess such that the distal end of the cutting element is received within the receiving structure, a portion of a length of the distal portion extending radially beyond an exterior surface of the distal member.

摘要： A tissue retractor for attachment to an elongate member of a medical device. The tissue retractor includes a cap having a central longitudinal axis. The cap includes an attachment section adapted to attach to a distal end of the elongate member. The cap further includes a moveable component pivotally attached to the attachment section at one or more pivot points, and an actuator connected to the moveable component to transition the moveable component across the central longitudinal axis from an insertion state to an actuated state.
