The present disclosure provides an adjustable filter and a method for manufacturing the same, and belongs to the technical field of electronics. The tunable filter includes: a base substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a thickness direction of the base substrate; wherein the base substrate is provided with first connecting vias extending through the base substrate along the thickness direction of the base substrate; and at least one inductor and at least one capacitor integrated on the base substrate; wherein each of the at least one inductor includes first sub-structures on the first surface, second sub-structures on the second surface, and first connection electrodes in the first connecting vias, and the first connection electrodes connect the first sub-structures to the second sub-structures, respectively, to form a coil structure of the inductor.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a preparation method of a patterned film, a display substrate and a display device, avoiding falling off of a film layer occurring in the process of peeling off a photoresist layer. The preparation method of the patterned film comprises: forming a preset film layer on a surface of a preset substrate; covering the preset film layer with an isolation layer; forming a photoresist layer on a surface of the isolation layer and forming a pattern of the isolation layer with a patterning process; then removing the preset film layer which is not covered by the pattern of the isolation layer, peeling off the photoresist layer and removing the remaining, isolation layer to form a pattern of the preset film layer.

The general inventive concepts relate to an alkali soluble binder which is obtained by copolymerizing main polymerization monomer(s) and functional polymerization monomer, wherein said main polymerization monomer is selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid and esters thereof, and said functional polymer monomer comprises (meth)acrylic acid C14-C22 alkyl ester and C4-C6 alkenyl anhydride or dianhydride. The general inventive concepts further relate to a photosensitive binder composition and a process for producing the alkali soluble binder and a process for producing the photosensitive binder composition.

The present disclosure relates to the field of a human-machine interaction, and provides a method and apparatus for handwriting input which enable the user to perform the handwriting input more freely in the position, and thus enhance the user experience. The handwriting input method comprises the steps of: detecting the input action of the user who is performing the suspending handwriting input with the handwriting input apparatus; converting the input action to input information; and transmitting the input information via communication to the display device for receiving and displaying the input information. The embodiments of the present disclosure can be applied to the technique of handwriting input in a long distance.

The present invention provides a photosensitive resin composition having good developing performance, which belongs to the technical field of polymer material, so as to solve the problem of the poor developing performance of the current photosensitive resin composition. The photosensitive resin composition comprising: based on the total mass of the photosensitive resin composition, 5% to 45% of an alkali-soluble resin, 5% to 40% of an unsaturated monomer having polyffunctional groups, 1% to 10% of a photoinitiator, 10% to 60% of a pigment dispersion, 0% to 5% of an addition, and 20% to 70% of a solvent. In the present invention, tetrahydrofuran groups (flexible functional group) is introduced into the alkali-soluble resin by highly reactive unsaturated monomer, which can improve the developing property of the alkali-soluble resin and can produce a photoresist film with a smooth surface and no corrosion on its side wall.

The present invention relates to a cyclodextrin derivative, a method for preparing the same, a photoresist composition, a color photoresist and a display device. The cyclodextrin derivative particularly is a .alpha.-cyclodextrin modified polymerizable monomer represented by the following formula I or I′, wherein k is any integer selected from 2-6, n is any integer selected from 1-3, R is an aromatic ring having 5 to 30 carbon atoms, R′ is a multivalent straight or branched carbon chain having 5 to 30 carbon atoms which may optionally be interrupted by an oxygen atom. The α-cyclodextrin modified polymerizable monomer can be applied to a photoresist composition which has small aberration and high transmittance, thereby improving the display quality of the display apparatus.

An alkaline soluble resin, a process for preparing the same, and a photoresist composition containing the same. The alkaline soluble resin is a polyether chain-containing acrylate alkaline soluble resin. A photoresist composition comprising said alkaline soluble resin can reduce the slope angle of the film layer and prevent gaps which cause light leakage from forming in the junction between the colored film layer and the black matrix. Moreover, the coating and the rubbing effect of the orientation layer can be improved.
