    摘要: A composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of lipid vesicles encapsulating at least one compound which screens out UV radiation and contains at least one free or at least partially neutralized acidic function, wherein the lipid vesicles have a lipid membrane formed from at least one nonionic amphiphilic lipid (A) or from at least one saturated hydrocarbon ionic amphiphilic lipid (B) having an iodine number of less than 10, and from at least one totally neutralized ionic amphiphilic lipid (C) is disclosed. The use of this composition as a base for products to care for the skin, the scalp, the hair, the eyelashes or the eyebrows, as a base for make-up products, and more particularly as bases for compositions to protect the human epidermis, the hair, the eyelashes or the eyebrows against ultraviolet rays are also disclosed.

    摘要: The present invention provides a nanoemulsion, that includes: an oily phase dispersed in an aqueous phase; and at least one surfactant that is solid at a temperature of less than or equal to 45° C. and which is selected from the group including ethoxylated fatty ethers and ethoxylated fatty esters, and mixtures thereof; wherein the oily phase includes oil globules having a number-average size of less than 100 nm; wherein the oily phase includes at least one oil having a molecular weight of greater than 400; and wherein a weight ratio of the oily phase to the surfactant ranges from 2 to 10. The invention also provides a process for making the nanoemulsion, and methods for its use. The emulsion is ideally transparent and stable on storage. It can ideally contain large amounts of oil while retaining good transparency and good cosmetic properties. The nanoemulsion is particularly useful in compositions, including topical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, opthalmic, ophthalmologic. The composition is also particularly useful in applications to the skin, hair, scalp, mucous membranes, and eyes.

The composition obtained has the appearance of a gel in which the hydrophilic compound is stabilized with respect to oxidation, this stabilization also being achieved under aerobic conditions. The invention also relates to the use of the said composition in order to tone the skin and/or to smooth out wrinkles and fine lines on the skin and/or to combat the harmful effects of UV radiation and pollution and/or to depigment the skin.
