摘要： A third-party service may be used to assist entities in responding to requests of users by determining a suggested resource corresponding to a received communication. The third party service may receive a request from a first entity, such as via an application programming interface request, that includes a message in a conversation. A conversation feature vector may be computed by processing the message with a first neural network. A suggested resource may be determined using the conversation feature vector. The third-party service may then return the suggested resource for use in the conversation. The third-party service may similarly be used to assist other entities in responding to requests of users.

A response may be automatically determined to the request of the user be performing semantic processing to understand the request and formulate an appropriate response. A response may be automatically determined, be computing features from the request, using the features to select a node of a graph corresponding to the request, and then causing an action to be performed to provide a response to the user. For example, the action may include providing information to the user, requesting further information from the user, or connecting the user with a customer service representative.

摘要： Electronic health records may be organized into problem-oriented medical records. Generating problem-oriented medical record may be based on problem and target relations. Problem and target relations may be determined from a knowledge base. An initial knowledge base may be determined from medical data sets and annotated problem and target relations. The initial knowledge base may be completed to establish new problem target relations using a trained model and/or site embeddings, data statistics, and combined embeddings. The completed knowledge base may be used in generation of problem-oriented medical records.
