Abstract:
To provide a device for refining a solid material and a process for refining it, whereby from the supply of the material to the operation for recovery of crystals can be carried out batch-wisely or continuously, and inclusion of foreign matters such as particles can be efficiently prevented. A device for refining an evaporable or sublimable solid material, which comprises a housing, and at least one rotatable roller for evaporation and at least one rotatable roller for precipitation, installed in the housing.
Abstract:
A fluorine-containing diene represented by the formula 1: CF2nullCF(CF2)nCXYOCFnullCF2nullnullFormula 1 wherein each of X and Y which are independent of each other, is an atom selected from a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, a bromine atom and an iodine atom, provided that X and Y are not simultaneously hydrogen atoms or fluorine atoms, and n is an integer of from 1 to 3.
Abstract:
The present invention produces an unsaturated compound (Formula 2) useful as a fluororesin starting material and the like by using a compound of the Formula 1 as a starting material. That is, the present invention provides a method for preparing a compound expressed by CRbRcnullCRdRe (Formula 2) such as CF3CF2CF2OCFnullCF2 by pyrolyzing a compound having at least one partial structure expressed by nullCOOCF2CRbRcnullCXRdRe (Formula 1) such as CF3CF2CF2OCF(CF3)COOCF2CF(CF3)OCF2CF2CF3, wherein Rb to Re are a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a monovalent organic group unchangeable by pyrolysis reaction.
Abstract:
The invention provides a process for producing a fluorine-containing compound from an inexpensive material. Namely, Compound I such as RACH2OH is reacted with Compound II such as XCORB to form Compound III such as RACH2OCORB, followed by fluorination in a liquid phase to form Compound IV such as RAFCF2OCORBF, which is converted to Compound V such as RAFCOF and/or Compound VI such as RBFCOF. RA is an alkyl group or the like, RB is a perhalogenoalkyl group or the like, RAF and RBF are fluorinated RA and RB, and X is halogen.
