Abstract: The present invention provides a two-component bioink including a first solution and a second solution separately, wherein (i) the first solution includes a first biopolymer to which a first chemical functional group is introduced, and the second solution includes a second biopolymer to which a second chemical functional group able to chemically bond with the first chemical functional group is introduced; or (ii) the first solution includes a third biopolymer having a first electrostatic functional group, and the second solution includes a fourth biopolymer having a second electrostatic functional group able to physically bond with the first electrostatic functional group, a 3D biomaterial including the same, and a method for preparing the same.

Abstract: A drug delivery formulation for treating a mental illness or a central nervous system disorder is disclosed. The drug delivery formulation includes a microcapsule containing a biodegradable polymer and a drug and a crosslinked hydrogel and a method for preparing the same. The drug delivery formulation can slowly release a drug at a constant rate without a burst of drug release in the early stage of drug administration to maintain a constant blood drug level over a long period of time and thus enjoys the advantage of preventing excessive initial release of drug, thereby obtaining a desirable sustained release profile by single administration without necessity for multiple administrations divided at regular time intervals.

Abstract: A substance P analog having a progenitor cell or stem cell recruiting activity and a method of recruiting progenitor cells or stem cells using the substance P analog are disclosed. The substance P analog has an effect of recruiting endogenous progenitor cells or stem cells to a wound or disease-occurring site. Thus, the disclosure also describes its use in recruiting progenitor cells or stem cells and a method of regenerating or treating a damaged organ or tissue, or a method of healing a wound.
