    摘要: A base film for a dicing sheet is provided which can suppress dicing debris from generating during the dicing of a cut object without imparting physical energy, such as electron beam or γ ray. The base film for a dicing sheet comprises a resin layer. The resin layer comprises: a norbornene-based resin that is a thermoplastic resin having a norbornene-based compound as at least one type of monomer; and an olefin-based thermoplastic resin other than the norbornene-based resin. The norbornene-based resin in the resin layer has a content of more than 3.0 mass %. A dicing sheet is also provided which comprises: the base film for a dicing sheet; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer placed on a surface of the film at the resin layer side.

    摘要: A base film for a dicing sheet is provided which can suppress dicing debris from generating during the dicing of a cut object without imparting physical energy, such as electron beam or γ ray. The base film for a dicing sheet comprises a resin layer. The resin layer comprises: a ring-containing resin that is a thermoplastic resin having a monomer, as a constitutional unit, having at least one type of an aromatic ring and an aliphatic ring; and an acyclic olefin-based resin that is an olefin-based thermoplastic resin other than the ring-containing resin. The ring-containing resin in the resin layer has a content of more than 3.0 mass %. A dicing sheet is also provided which comprises: the base film for a dicing sheet; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer placed on the base film.

    摘要: The present invention provides a door mirror for an automobile, in which molding errors are made difficult to occur in a housing and assembling accuracy between the housing and a lamp assy is improved. A housing applied to the door mirror for an automobile is divided into two parts, that is, an upper housing located on the upper side and a lower housing located on the lower side, and a lamp assy constituting a side-turn lamp is disposed between the upper housing and the lower housing. Since the housing is divided vertically into two parts, materials or colors of the upper housing and the lower housing can be made different so that a texture and an appearance of the housing can be easily changed. Moreover, assembling errors between the housing and the lamp assy due to deformation by injection molding or thermal deformation applied during painting can hardly occur, and a gap can be hardly generated between the housing and the lamp assy on the surface side of the housing.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device and an evaporation donor substrate, by which the precision of patterning of an EL layer of each color can be improved in manufacture of a full color flat panel display using emission colors of red, green, and blue. A first substrate which includes a reflective layer including an opening portion, a heat insulating layer including an opening portion in a position overlapped with the opening portion of the reflective layer over the reflective layer, a light absorption layer covering the opening portion of the reflective layer and the opening portion of the heat insulating layer over the heat insulating layer, and a material layer over the light absorption layer is used. While one surface of the first substrate is disposed close to a deposition target surface of a second substrate, the first substrate is irradiated with light from the other surface of the first substrate. The irradiation light is absorbed in the light absorption layer in the position overlapped with the opening portion of the reflective layer to heat an evaporation material. The heated evaporation material is evaporated onto the second substrate.

    摘要: A CPU generates an image by performing inverse projection transformation for an input image by using an inverse matrix of a matrix which enlarges a size of the input image. When a position A on the input image is transformed into a position B on the generated image by the inverse projection transformation, the CPU obtains a ratio of a distance between pixels around the position B to a distance between pixels around the position A. The CPU calculates filter coefficients for a low-pass filter using a product of a Nyquist frequency of the input image and the ratio as a cutoff frequency. The CPU obtains a sum of results obtained by multiplying pixel values of pixels in a pixel array including the position A in the input image by the filter coefficients, as a pixel value at the position A in an image having undergone filter processing.
