    摘要: A method for forming a black matrix includes (S1) applying a black matrix-forming ink to an intaglio-patterned elastic mold; (S2) removing an ink applied to an embossed portion of the elastic mold; (S3) transcribing the ink remaining in an intagliated portion of the elastic mold to a substrate; and (S4) curing and drying the ink transcribed to the substrate. The step (S2) may be performed in a way of closely adhering a surface of an ink removing unit having a surface energy from to to the embossed portion of the elastic mold and then taking away the ink removing unit from the embossed portion. This method allows forming a black matrix in a simple and economic way by applying the gravure process.

    摘要: Disclosed is a coating composition that can provide structural materials having hydrophilicity, excellent self-cleaning property and long service life. The present invention also discloses a method for preparing the composition, a substrate, such as a film or structural exterior material like vinyl sidings, with the applied coating composition, and a method to prepare a substrate with the coating composition. The coating composition has hydroxy group-containing inorganic particles that improve the initial hydrophilicity of conventional coating agents. Additionally, by using two types of inorganic particles having different particles diameters, the coating composition can form a hydrophilic coating layer having a contact angle with water of 30° or less. Additionally, a low boiling point organic solvent having erosive property to a substrate to be coated may be used to allow the application of the coating layer to a conventional production line for structural exterior materials without adding a separate coating line.

    摘要: A method of printing fine patterns prints a fine pattern on a substrate using an elastic mold with an intaglio pattern. This method includes applying a fine pattern printing ink to a surface of a patterned elastic mold; removing the ink applied to an embossed portion of the elastic mold by closely adhering an ink removing unit having a polymer resin or an organic compound with a surface energy from to to the surface of the elastic mold and then detaching the ink removing unit therefrom; and closely adhering the elastic mold to a substrate to transcribe the printing ink thereto. This method allows forming a fine pattern with good quality since the ink applied to the embossed portion of the elastic mold may be effectively removed during a gravure process.
