Abstract: A surgical table for supporting a patient during a surgical procedure and including a patient support structure, a first support structure, and a second support structure. The patient support structure is configured to support the patient during the surgical procedure and may be operably coupled at a first end to the first support structure and at a second end to the second support structure. The first support structure includes a first column and a first displacement apparatus operably coupling the first column to the first end of the patient support structure.

Abstract: A surgical instrument is provided that includes a first member defining a longitudinal axis and including a first mating surface engageable with a second mating surface of a fastener. A second member includes an expandable portion. A third member is engageable with the expandable portion to releasably capture the fastener. A first lever is connected to the first member, and a second lever is connected with the first lever via a pivot. The levers being rotatable relative to the longitudinal axis between a non-locked orientation and a locked orientation such that the pivot is rotatable past axial alignment to fix position of the first member relative to the fastener. Systems, spinal constructs, implants and methods are disclosed.

Abstract: A uniformly hydrated composition is provided and methods of making the uniformly hydrated composition. The method comprises providing a plurality of lyophilized porous macroparticles in a chamber, the plurality of lyophilized porous macroparticles each having an average diameter from about 0.1 mm to about 10 mm and comprising ceramic material and polymer; and mixing each of the plurality of lyophilized porous macroparticles with a fluid in the chamber to uniformly hydrate each of the plurality of lyophilized porous macroparticles to form a uniformly hydrated composition. Hydratable compositions are also provided.

Abstract: A surgical cart supporting one or more surgical robotic arms and an interface moveably interconnecting the surgical cart with a surgical table. The surgical cart can include a base portion, a first surgical robotic arm, and a second surgical robotic arm with end portions of the first surgical robotic arm and the second surgical robotic arm each capable of supporting surgical equipment thereon. The interface can including an extension portion attached relative to the surgical cart, a collar portion moveably attached relative to a longitudinal cross-member of the surgical table, a receiver portion provided on the collar portion and an actuator portion actuatable to facilitate movement of the collar portion relative to the longitudinal cross member. When an end portion of the extension portion is received in a recess provided on the collar portion, a locking member be engaged to attach the extension portion and the collar portion to one another. After attachment of the extension portion and the collar portion, the surgical cart can be moved relative to the surgical table via actuation of the actuator portion.
