    摘要: A process for producing a spherical zeolite catalyst is disclosed, which comprises dropping a zeolite-containing alumina sol into a surfactant-containing oil phase from a dropping opening directly or through air to thereby form spherical droplets of the sol, and then allowing the droplets to gel in an aqueous alkaline solution phase underlying the oil phase and withdrawing the thus gelled droplets, said dropping of the sol being conducted while the dropping opening is being impulsed to thereby impart a spherical and uniform shape to the resulting zeolite particles containing alumina as a binder, and a novel apparatus therefor.

The uniformly, highly dispersed metal catalyst includes a catalyst carrier made of a metal oxide and a catalyst metal having catalytic activity, the catalyst metal being loaded on the catalyst carrier, in which the catalyst carrier is a sulfur-containing catalyst carrier having sulfur or a sulfur compound almost evenly distributed throughout the carrier and the catalyst metal is loaded on the sulfur-containing catalyst carrier in a substantially evenly dispersed manner over the entire carrier substantially according to the distribution of the sulfur or the sulfur compound.

    摘要: The process of this invention produces high-octane gasoline blending stock advantageously by treating light hydrocarbons mainly comprising of paraffins and/or olefins having 2 to 7 carbon atoms at a hydrogen partial pressure of 5 kg/cm.sup.2 or less and at a temperature of 350.degree. to 650.degree. C. in the presence of a catalyst composition containing ammonia-modified crystalline aluminogallosilicates of high initial activity and long life obtained by contacting hydrogen type aluminogallosilicates with ammonia under a dry condition as catalyst component.
